Dear guests, our quiet but centrally located apartment is located in Norderstedt (Garstedt), next to Hamburg Langenhorn. Within walking distance: U1 station Garstedt as well as the bus station The Herold shopping Center All shopping facilities, as well as doctors Reachable by car: Airport approx. 15 min. AEZ shopping center approx. 20 min. Hamburg city center approx. 40 min. Hamburg harbor approx. 30 min. The free parking lot is right next to the bungalow, the terrace in front of it.

A central oasis of well-being & green surroundings

The property is located in a quiet residential area with very good connections: the S-Bahn is within 8 minutes walking distance and leads directly to the main attractions. The city center and harbor can be reached in just 10 minutes by car. Parking spaces are not on the property, but are available free of charge and unlimited in time on the roundabout directly in front of the house. Shopping, restaurants, a park, playground and lake are close by. Looking forward to your visit :-)

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Although you are only 35 minutes away from Hamburg city center, you have the forest, meadows and horses right outside the door. The small apartment in the "Bullerbü" style is newly decorated and has its own entrance and the possibility to sit outside. Parking is available right outside the door. Other things to take into account: We live in the house next door and are therefore quickly on site if anything is unclear.

The apartment has a free parking space with access to an e-charging station and is 10 minutes by car from the Schnelsen fairgrounds, 15 minutes by car from Hamburg airport, 30 minutes by car from downtown Hamburg. The property is a 7-minute walk from Bönningstedt Train Station. At the moment, there is a rail replacement traffic to Hamburg, so it takes about 1 hour by public transport to Hamburg.

On the edge of a small farm complex, surrounded by horses, chickens and a pair of storks, is our functional tiny house. The large sun terrace with awning, the adjacent pond and the open view of nature invite you to relax. The interior includes: a cozy sitting area with sofa, table and chairs, a wood-burning stove, a small kitchenette, a sleeping berth (1.60 wide) and a small shower room. Outside is a toilet house with a Finnish compost toilet.
