Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Niterói

The house is really great and very true to the description here on Airbnb. Extremely comfortable, with spacious rooms, very pleasant leisure area, very good location and all the necessary infrastructure for the stay. Internet throughout the house, kitchen utensils, towels, pillows and bed linens available. In addition, in the few questions we had, we were promptly answered by the hosts in the app. We just have to thank them for the pleasant days we spent.

The house is delicious!! Super cozy and comfortable. It's a complete house! Wonderful bed and bath linens, pool towels were also available. Kitchen complete with utensils and dishes/cups/glasses of all kinds, full tbm barbecue area! There is no shortage of activities for children! Pool buoys, foosball, ping pong, pool, beach tennis rackets and the soccer field! Everything works perfectly. Apart from the pernilongos, we have nothing to complain about. Victor was an excellent host responding to everything quickly. Tbm we were appointed to Thainara to help with cleaning the house on the days we stayed there and it was a great indication. We'll be back!

Easy to find location, quiet neighborhood and very close to the beach. The house is the same as in the photos. Paulo provided initial assistance by answering questions and Renato welcomed us at check-in, being extremely helpful and giving us all the support we needed during our stay. It was very worth staying.

The Beauty of the Beach Exceeded my Expectations and the House was just perfect for an open-air, restful and safe visit. We ate a Fresh Fish Platter for lunch at a local Beach Kiosk and were NOT Disappointed!

We loved our stay. Very fragrant rooms and linens. The place is beautiful, very quiet and private, but at the same time less than a 5-minute drive from the main street and shops. The house's Wi-Fi worked well the whole time. Well-equipped kitchen. Rodrigo and Andra were very kind hosts and available for everything we requested. We feel very at home. The bath was the only point that at first I thought would not be so good since it was very cold, but it was more the trick of getting the hang of it. Opening the water just a little, it still comes out with pressure and hot. So nothing to complain about.

We had a wonderful stay. Very nice house and garden...perfect for a holiday with family. Loved it, would recommend !

Incredible apartment, with a 10-star view of Cristo, Sugar Loaf..., we even made a blog showing our stay at the accommodation since waking up was a dream. Located in one of the best areas in RJ, very safe, where you can move around all day without worries. The host made it easy for us to check out and other things.

The apartment is a charm, we feel at a beach house at all times, has a lot of stuff and everything was clean and organized. It is close to the beach, with an amazing view of sunset! Although we did not use the facilities of the condominium, which has a lot of things, it drew our attention to having a restaurant at the disposal of the condominium guests. The communal spaces were well maintained and the staff served us well. In addition to being near the beach, which is 5 minutes walking, it also has restaurants, kiosks, malls and nearby galleries, so there is a schedule for all tastes, as well as the availability of cars and deliveries by app. Finally, Fabiana helped us by taking doubt and enabling self check-in since we would arrive late, gave several tips about the place and served us well! We leave there already wanting to return. We highly recommend!

Fabiana's space delivers what it promises. Well located, very friendly doormen, hostess who made me feel comfortable and allowed me to enter earlier. It was just kindness, bonbon and coffee, plus hygiene items available for use. Like any central region, at night it is not recommended to walk around the neighborhood, but during the day it is not a problem.

Very clean and comfortable apartment, with good location! I found it even more spacious than shown on the photos. Tranquilo to stay in a group of 4 people. The decoration is also a differential. It appears to be quite new. Our stay was excellent, and the hosts very attentive. I recommend it!

My second time and I can only sum it up in one word: PERFECT! It's already my favorite place when I need to sleep in Niterói! It's the best Airbnb experience anyone could wish for!! Everything is fantastic! My family and I loved it the first time and we have already repeated it…whenever we can we will come back because it is very but very top! We felt at home. Exactly like the description and photos. Very comfortable, perfect decor and very quiet neighbors. Access to everything. My family was very well installed. Estadia no problem. Carolline and Silma met our demands and doubts always quickly. Excellent cost x benefit. We miss the "apt" (nickname given by my children).

The space is very cozy, the room is huge, everything was very clean, the condominium is the best in the area and Denis was helpful from the beginning to the end of the stay, I will be back soon.

Elizandra was attentive and helpful from the first messages, communication was great. The accommodation is simple, but it met my main need, a place to rest after the busy days at an event. The location for me was the most important, I attended UFF every day and felt calm and safe walking to the Campus, both on the way there and back. It was very satisfying and I am grateful for the experience.

Danielle was a excellent host. Since before arrival at the initial contact, you answered questions and questions clearly and always kindly. The appartment is beautiful! The space very well enjoyed, especially in a neighborhood like Icaraí. Very beautiful and well decorated, has all the facilities and makes us feel at home. We stayed for almost two weeks and felt really good there. Next to a supermarket and a bakery and on the outskirts of supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, etc. I recommend the apartment and I definitely recommend the host.
