Excellent space, with complete infrastructure, all desirable utensils and very good taste. Privileged location and easy to get to. It is located in the middle of the beach of Piratininga, height of the delirium kiosk, a space aimed at those who enjoy rock in roll, as in my case, our host, Bruno, was extremely kind and polite. I would definitely be staying again.

Staying at Marcela's place was a great pleasure! In addition to comfort, space and lots of fruit on the tree, there is a loving atmosphere of peace and welcome that transcends the ability of words. The terrace was designed for contemplation, offering a hammock to relax in with a stunning view of the lagoon and Piratininga beach, while you have a pitanga tree to savor, and at night an indirect green light makes the space even more cozy. The loft is great, it matches the photos exactly. The location is excellent! Foot in the sand, surrounded by good food options, and the beach is very quiet. Carlos Miguel was a great host! He always responded super fast, allowed flexible check-in, gave good suggestions and was always willing to help us!

It was a great weeks-stay with my family. The house was beautiful, spacious, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. While the kitchen was a bit narrow, it was fully equipped with everything you needed, and the option to cook outside on the island benchtop on the patio added a great touch to the experience. The swimming pool was kept spotless with daily cleaning, ensuring it was always ready for a refreshing dip. The nearby lagoon added to the scenic beauty, though the presence of mosquitoes made insect repellent a must-have. The internet was fast and reliable, except for an occasional disruption every few days, which was easily resolved with a simple modem restart. The location was convenient, with a bus stop just around the corner and several kiosks along the ocean esplanade offering drinks and snacks. A grocery store was only hundreds of meters from the house, making it easy to grab necessities. Daisy was warm and attentive. Thank you, Daisy :)

If I could rate it with 10 stars, I certainly wouldn't think twice. The sensational environment for people lovers of quiet places, but it also goes very well for those who like agitation, because close to the location there is a lot to do. The host was extremely attentive, requests and making everything very clear. The space is larger than what appears in the photos, it is very cozy, beautiful, extremely clean and smelling. I will definitely return!!!

From the first contact, the host was extremely helpful and friendly. We had a great welcome and the house is almost self-sufficient: just the wonderful view from almost every angle of the house and the tranquility brings us a good feeling. A great barbecue, clean pool, big screen and even a dance floor globe, everything leads to having a great time. The surroundings, very close to the beach of sossego is a great tip for a stroll. It was an excellent weekend and we will certainly repeat it and the host became a friend in a few minutes. I recommend it 100%...

Fátima was a great host, answered our questions promptly and quickly helped us solve some unforeseen events we had. The apartment was impeccable, well-equipped (sandwich, stove, coffee makers, air conditioning, television) and all very new. New, clean linen and towels.

Without a doubt, one of the best apartments I have ever rented to stay, in front of the beach, a perfect condominium. We love the care Andrea has for guests, she provides hygiene items, I thought that was really cool. I was delighted with the flexible reception, check-in, and checkout. I have nothing to complain about. I will definitely rent again.

The apartment is newly renovated. Beautiful view. Beautiful area. The owners are great people who do everything in the best way possible for guests to feel at home. This place gets my best recommendation. Look forward to come back many times!!

Compliments only. All clean, flawless. It had all the utensils necessary for us to use, including many inputs that we forgot, we were surprised to see that there were available for use. Mr. Emerson was very attentive and answered us when we asked. In fact, we negotiated an extra amount so that I could enjoy more time before the checkin time and after checkout and it was very helpful for us. He makes a wonderful craft beer and leaves two complimentary bottles. The orchard is super varied, orange, stirrica, lemon, banana, guava, mango, cocoa, jabuticaba, acerola, pitanga, avocado, a lot, I will return in the spring so I can enjoy all these loaded feet rs I highly recommend the location, a Peace. You can only hear birds and the sound of the waterfall that lies just behind the house. Do not want to return home. Haha

Recommended! The day before check-in, Sérgio made contact with me and sent me all coordinates on how to get to the house and that helped a lot. The space is wonderful! Everything is well organized and clean! I also recommend, for those who want to enjoy but the time of stay, hire the service of the cook that is very worthwhile. Lots of leisure and calm! Whenever I needed help with something from the house, I received a quick reply from Sergio. I will definitely return at other times!

What a wonderful space! Especially for going with a child! The place invites you to play! Everything is clean, well equipped. We didn't miss anything... We don't usually go back to the same places on Airbnb, but we're planning to return to this house on vacation, as it's perfect for kids! The only suggestion would be to have more rooms and a bigger TV (for grandmothers who like to watch soap operas, because the children didn't even want to know about TV)! Congratulations, Vinícius! The lake house space is really nice. Great to spend with the Family. The children loved it. The lake with the fish is a differential, the children loved to throw food at them. We will definitely return.

I had already booked this place before and again it was a great stay. Rogéria, like the other time, attended to us very well and was quick to communicate. The points to highlight in relation to the space are the relatively close location to Rio de Janeiro and the ease of getting there, having many suite-like rooms and air conditioning in all of them, the large and clean pool, the game room, the outdoor area, the showers with perfectly heated water and with great pressure and the layout of the house, which, in my opinion, allows both a greater coexistence between guests and independent activities. I would also like to highlight the kindness of Bruna and Reginaldo and the wonderful meals they provided us. These aspects allowed us to have a family weekend that pleased everyone.

All necessary information was provided by the host clearly and accurately. If you are looking for an excellent pool and a quiet and calm environment in contact with nature, this is the place.
