Vacation rentals with a sauna in Niterói

The apartment is compact and very well planned, with everything we needed. Impeccable cleanliness and excellent location — close to downtown Niterói, the ferries to Rio and the Oceanic Region. The highlight is the large balcony with a direct view of Christ the Redeemer. We were very comfortable with our 1-year-old daughter, we really felt at home. The host, Adriana, was attentive and helpful from the start. The covered parking space next to the elevator made it a lot easier, especially with a lot of luggage. Initially we booked 5 days and extended it for another week. We plan to return next year!

Priscila was the perfect host and deserves more than five stars for being very responsive, friendly and thoughtful. The promptness and quality of her communications puts the five star hotels we have stayed in during this trip to shame. The location is peaceful and very secure and there is a private, first-line view of the beach and sea beyond from the balcony. It’s easy to get around the area, or to and from Rio, using a well known online ride service - but if you have hired a car, the parking is on-site and covered. A little far to walk to most places if like me you are past your prime but that makes it more peaceful and secure while you are here. A great way to finish our travels, very highly recommended.

Perfect apartment! Very tasteful architecture and decoration and a wonderful view! Think of a relaxing experience, you can read a book and have a coffee in that armchair overlooking the lagoon! We were delighted. I would like to mention Leonardo, who prepared everything for us to have an unforgettable stay. We were greeted with a glass of wine and coffee capsules were thoughtfully left for every day of our stay. It's that care that makes the difference! Thank you Leonardo! My family and I feel very welcome by Rosangela and its place. The coverage corresponds to the descriptions and surprises by the cleaning, good taste and because there is nothing to guarantee a great stay, we feel at home for the comfort and well-being that the space provided us. We did a pleasant walk to Itaipu Beach, lasting about 20 minutes and stayed at one of the kiosks that offered us great service with a fair price. O feriadão did not compromise at all the services provided in the surroundings, such as super market, bakery, restaurant. Rosangela gave us great tips about the vicinity, always being available and attentive to help us. Really, we only have compliments for this experience and we'll come back at other times.

Everything was perfect, the apartment is beautiful, modern, comfortable, and super well-equipped. The building is new, modern, and one block from the beach. Jorge is always available for my questions, super attentive. I recommend it 100%. They won't regret it.

We loved the apartment. It was neatly tidy, new pillows. Everything very clean and fragrant. The place is very quiet. The first day we had to work and wi-fi worked great for meetings. The location is good, you can walk to the beach. The doormen are very kind and considerate. If we have a chance, we will definitely come back.

Amazing apartment with everything you need, the decor is beautiful and everything very organized!! Isadora was a sweetheart along with her father, they left us all the way for Easter. We are extremely happy with the choice of this apartment and we will definitely return more often!

The house is delicious!! Super cozy and comfortable. It's a complete house! Wonderful bed and bath linens, pool towels were also available. Kitchen complete with utensils and dishes/cups/glasses of all kinds, full tbm barbecue area! There is no shortage of activities for children! Pool buoys, foosball, ping pong, pool, beach tennis rackets and the soccer field! Everything works perfectly. Apart from the pernilongos, we have nothing to complain about. Victor was an excellent host responding to everything quickly. Tbm we were appointed to Thainara to help with cleaning the house on the days we stayed there and it was a great indication. We'll be back!

Alicia's house is a delight. The location couldn't be better - in front of the beautiful Camboinhas beach. You can get from the house to the beach in 2 minutes on foot, practically on the sand. The house is very cozy, it has books, games, art, we felt at home from the first moment. Nicéia welcomed us very well and we had great communication with her. Livia was also always very helpful. We'll be back for sure.

Raquel was perfect from start to finish.It was difficult to leave the house... Wonderful house, the helper she in dicou was very kind and made amazing cakes! The C ASA has all the convenience so much that it is difficult to get out of it even to go to the beach! The leisure area is very complete and cozy, there is still a gym inside the house and sauna! We love it!
