The building is very well located and really overlooking Icaraí Beach. Very organized condominium and easy to access. I highly recommend it, especially for long-term stays.

The apartment is very well equipped and comfortable. The view is stunning, even more beautiful live. There are many shops and restaurants around, in addition to the MAC and the waterfront itself, which is very enjoyable for a walk. O Silvio was very attentive and responsive. I recommend your stay!

Mauro's place is beautiful and well located in the heart of Icarai. Within a two-minute or less walk, there are many restaurant options, a supermarket, pharmacies, and a bakery. We will come back.

The stay had very positive points and some aspects that did not bother us considerably, but that could be improved for future guests. Airton's attentiveness was a highlight, always very attentive and ready to help, and we even received a gift. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly, which was great for staying connected. The pool and barbecue area is really a very nice and well-equipped space. The kitchen is wonderful, well equipped and functional. Having air-conditioning in all bedrooms and living room made all the difference for comfort. Points to Improve: Only two burners on the stove were working, the microwave had rust, and we missed having a coffee maker. There are many mosquitoes on the premises, so it is essential to bring repellent and a racket. The cleanliness of the house can be improved, as we found several hairs on the floor. The constant presence of three dogs in the side hallway next to one of the rooms, with frequent barking, was a bit of a nuisance.

Great house, very spacious, clean and organized. It has the basic and necessary items for the stay. Located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, close to the beach, 5 minutes walking distance. I went with my family to spend a few days of vacation. My husband, my children, my mother and my in-laws loved it, they were wonderful days. Mr. Renato was very attentive and kind. E Alzira, who welcomed us, was very helpful and gave us several tips of the place, the beaches and local shops. I recommend it and we'll be back on another occasion when you can.

Rocha has always been helpful to remove all my doubts and Charles, the homemaker, welcomed us very well, always very attentive and helpful. The house is perfect, everything was clean and organized, the location is great and we don't need to leave the house for practically nothing. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back!

A house with soul. 🤎 Ângela is the one who manages the space and has been in contact with me since the act of booking. It was a trip to reunite the family at Christmas and she appointed me amazing suppliers! from Vanessa (who took care of the cleaning and the delicious food of the day to day), passing by the extraordinary chef Roseni (who signed the best Christmas dinner I've ever offered), to the variety store for me to arrange a few Santa treats! Rs. You feel the details of love in every corner. Kitchen with what you need, running electronics and great beds. The TV Room is a private cinema and the rooms, without defect. House well divided, spacious and with privacy. Each one goes to their corner, with their bathroom, and then finds themselves in the common areas. Perfect for group travel. These were memorable days that pleased the older children! 5 stars is little for what Dani's house offers. If you're a good guest and you value a good house for good people: you've arrived in the right place!

Karin and Marcellos house is an absolute paradise in Niteroi. It is calm and you get the feeling of living in the rain-forrest, in the middle of Rio de Janeiro. We saw monkeys, gamba (possum) and a tucan flying over several times. Karin and Marcello are amazing hosts, we felt welcome and well looked after during our entire stay, very responsive and helpfull. A shame that it is not possible to award more stars than 5.

It was a great overall experience We were a large group with children and dog and the house accommodated us perfectly. Highlight the silence!! My only recommendation is to bring repellent and insecticide, because at dusk there is a lot of mosquitoes. But nothing that compromises the experience (:

Great accommodation, I felt at home, spacious apartment, very well equipped kitchen, were provided towels, pillows and sheets, mega cozy spaces. The hosts were very requested in everything, including in relation to check-in, which was ultimately super easy, as was the checkout About location, in the same block there are markets, gas station and pharmacy. A few minutes walk away, there is a mall, quadra, ferry, extra market and several amazing niteroi museums.

Accommodation is exactly as shown in the photos. Very clean and well-maintained place. Hostel always responded quickly.

It's super worth it, for the location, for the structure, I highly recommend it. Super polite and solicitous host. We will definitely come back more often.

Our stay was excellent, exactly as we expected, tranquility, comfort, practicality, we were able to combine the useful with the pleasant, we wanted to stay away from the big city, in contact with nature, without traveling by car, the condominium offers everything we need during our 1-week stay. As nothing is perfect, only the sauna was under construction during this period, unfortunately we could not enjoy it, the score is not 10 for this inconvenience, so I give a score of 9.5, but unfortunately it did not depend on the hosts, I realized their concern for our well-being throughout our stay. We will soon be back. We fell in love with this little piece of paradise.

Amazing apartment with everything you need, the decor is beautiful and everything very organized!! Isadora was a sweetheart along with her father, they left us all the way for Easter. We are extremely happy with the choice of this apartment and we will definitely return more often!
