Great place and location if you have your own car! place was very nice and private when we first arrived but once neighbors moved in it got really loud. The walls are a bit thin... the airbnb itself was very comfortable and spacious for large groups! would stay again

The place was perfect for the 8 of us! Great kitchen with plenty of space to hang out and keep our snow gear!

Finished my trip by staying in this luxury house in the snow for 5 days. Was hands down the highlight of my trip. The house is absolutely gorgeous, great views of the snow from all rooms, clean, and only a 2 minute drive from grand hirafu slopes. You can walk there also if you have no car. Super close to nightlife and restaurants. This house has a well equipped kitchen, linen cupboard and bathrooms aswell as a washer and dryer. There was nothing i needed that this property didnt have. Although its on the pricier side, Was a unforgettable stay and i would 10000% stay here again when in hirafu Niseko.

Another perfect stay Stayed for seven nights One room on the second floor, two underground rooms, each with en-suite with toilet bath, the bed is comfortable and comfortable to sleep every night. On the second floor, I met Yotei when the weather was good. Kitchen matching facilities Complete oven, multi stoves, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine... all fully stocked Two cars for the night, very close to supermarket, convenience store, ramen shop The owner was often very considerate with nice tips ❣️ Thank you, Hosana, the owner. There will be a chance I will definitely want to stay there again

Three-story building, two rooms on the first floor, two on the second floor, living room and kitchen on the third floor. Toilet + shower in the room on the first floor Toilet + shower in the room on the second floor 2nd floor shared toilet + shower room The warm water comes out well in the bathroom, and it's so clean and warm:) It's not a password key, so you have to take the key with you. A foreigner came and checked me in, and he was very kind.👍 Close to Hirafu!

Amazing stay for skiing niseko! Complimentary pick up and drop off on check in and check out was the best. Kitchen was well stocked and bedding was comfortable.

This was our second time staying and it was just as great as the first. Lots of space to spread out and an easy walk/shuttle into the village for dinner. We will be back

We booked the whole unit (3 bedrooms on 3 storey apartment). Living room is on the top floor. Great view ! Fully equipped kitchen. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Shuttle bus stop is nearby the unit too.

Pro Great location – both a 7-11 and a supermarket are within walking distance. It’s only about an 8-minute drive to Rusutsu Ski Resort. Friendly host – communication was easy and prompt. The house has 3 floors: - **First floor**: 1.5 bathrooms – one full bathroom with a washer/dryer, and a separate toilet-only bathroom. - **Second floor**: Kitchen, dining room, and living room. - **Third floor**: 2 bedrooms – one with a queen bed and one with bunk beds. Con 1. The garage is not available for parking. You’ll need to park outside, which means clearing snow from your car daily during the winter season. 2. There are no curtains on the first floor, so people can see inside from the outside. I’ve mentioned this to the host and hope they’ll add curtains soon. Overall, it’s a fantastic place to stay. I highly recommend it for those looking for privacy and wanting to avoid the high cost of hotels during ski season. It’s especially great for families.

Our group of 8 loved this spacious, beautifully designed chalet with stunning mountain views. Perfect location with easy access to the slopes, restaurants, and shops. The host was fantastic and made our stay seamless. Highly recommend - we would love to come back!

The condo is clean and located close to Hirafu downtown. We didn't rent a car, but the heated driveway would make it a great experience. Overall, highly recommend

Holiday Niseko was very welcoming and accommodating. The van rental addition was very nice and the accommodation was awesome. The internet was a little spotty, so maybe bring a pocket wifi or tether if you are looking to work-cation. Otherwise 5/5!

Great place for our group. Wifi was a bit slow but that’s my only complaint
