The photos of the room are a part of it. Hakodate station is a 7-minute walk, the morning market is a 3-minute walk, and the tram station is right in front of the house. The tourist spot Kanemori Warehouse is about a 15-minute walk. There are cafes, convenience stores (3-minute walk), and famous yakiniku restaurants nearby. The room has a living room on the 1st floor and 2 rooms, a Western-style room and a Japanese-style room on the 2nd floor. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and heating. Feel free to use the kitchen, washing machine, etc. There is also a coin laundry about a 1-minute walk away. There is no parking lot, but there is a coin parking lot right across the street. Rusutsu Resort Ski Resort is 30 minutes away by car. 5-minute drive to Niseko View Plaza (Roadside Station). If you go outside and take a short walk around the neighborhood, you can see Mt. Yotei and the ski slopes in the distance on sunny days. * Accommodation tax has been introduced in Niseko Town. The accommodation fee includes an accommodation tax of 200 yen per person per night.

Featuring large floor to ceiling views of a private forest out the back, and Annupuri & Nito range views from the front bedrooms.

Please note this property will not come with a vehicle for the 2025/26 winter. Each Shiki Koyuki Houses has three spacious levels. The ground floor has an internally accessed garage as well as laundry and ski storage area. The middle floor is open plan with a large kitchen, toilet, dining area and lounge with great views of Mt.Yotei. There is also a Japanese tatami room with sliding doors that can be used as a sleeping area.
