Suitable for bike and/or motorcycle riders as our workshop is on the first floor. We place great value on sustainability – our home is heated with geothermal energy and we generate our electricity with a solar PVsystem. This pretty 1-room apartment is centrally located on the first floor with a separate entrance, small seating area and private kitchen. It is otherwise used as a practice room. The bathroom is 1 ½ meters away via the hallway. It is for exclusive use. I speak German, English, French and Spanish. I can somehow communicate in Italian.
