Vacation rentals with a patio in Niceville

This place is really lovely.Everything is in there for comfortable staying.Stores and restaurants are around.Gorgeous pool.Beach is 10 mins by car.

Our condo was great with a beautiful view. We would definitely stay here again. Our host was very quick to reply with any questions or concerns that we had.

My family had an amazing stay! Everything was clean and we loved the area! We walked to the Baytown ward most nights. It was clean and peaceful. Will definitely be back!! This condo was perfect for a couple get away. It was quiet and peaceful. Located at the end of the building on 6th floor so no noise! We watched the sun raise at the front balcony area that was private and then dinner with sunset on the main balcony! All days on the beach with great access AND THE BEACH WAS BEAUTIFUL AS EMERALD COAST NEVER DISAPPOINTS! Host were constantly in touch and available by email. We had everything we needed to cook our meals and store food. The combo oven was a special touch with it being a oven, toaster, and air fryer! WOW! Coffee pot was both pot brewer and k-cup. We were very pleased with this condo! Thank you guys for a wonderful week!

My family and I loved this home. It looks exactly like the pictures and the hosts are very responsive. We loved having a private pool right out back. We would definitely book one of their homes again.

We loved our stay at Gigi's getaway the communication was outstanding the cleanliness was amazing. We were here for a week for world series and wanted a home feeling. This was the perfect place and the location was close to everything .The hot tub was great ending to the evenings very clean. We debated on a condo or home and so glad we chose this home. Thank you Zach and Paola we would definitely book again, so if your looking I promise you want be disappointed !!

Great place to stay with lots of walkable eats and stores! Would totally stay here again. We initially had a very hard time locating it, so if you book maybe ask for extremely specific directions. GPS won’t take you directly there.

Diane’s place was absolutely perfect. She seemingly anticipated our needs and provided so many extras that frankly, I don’t see in Airbnb’s anymore. I recommend this place without any hesitation. Thank you Diane for a wonderful experience!

Perfect updated studio. Very clean and cozy. You could smell the cleanliness before ever opening the door. Even though we chose to use beach service rentals, there were nice beach chairs and umbrella on the deck to use. We love Sandpiper Cove and the convenience of the beach access, as well as all the other wonderful amenities. Great host and communication. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The condo was the best we have stayed in. The furniture upgrades both inside and out were a nice unexpected surprise as they weren’t shown in the booking photos. The bed might be the most comfortable ever made! My only complaint, and it’s not really a complaint, is the beach service is a little confusing. You do get chairs and umbrella included but to insure a front row you need to be on the beach early and talking with the guy putting out the chairs about securing some, it’s first come first serve on ones that aren’t reserved. You can also pay $15.00 extra a day to reserve a set. The beach service guy was awesome and took great care of us all week. Highly recommended! Oh, and the pool was not heated and in first of May was a little cool but certainly is of no fault of the owner.

We had the best stay at Aaron’s condo. It was beautiful, clean, in the best spot on the beach, and came with so many unexpected extras like beach toys, boogie boards, ice packs, back pack cooler, laundry detergent, & more! The mattress was so comfortable! We will be booking here again for sure. Thanks for a great stay!
