Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Niagara Falls

This is the perfect place to stay at Niagara Falls! It’s located in a quiet neighborhood away from the busy tourist areas, but close enough to walk to all of the fun. It’s a 5 minute drive to the falls, and a 10-15 minute walk to Clifton Hill. We walked down to Clifton Hill every night for dinner/ shopping/ and entertainment, and even walked to the falls at night to see the lights. The house is beautiful, and is thoughtfully stocked with everything you could want or need. Our kids especially loved the attic playroom, full of toys, games, and books, the large basket of blocks in the living room, and the pool and hot tub out back. There are also several games and puzzles in the dining room. The two full bathrooms and one half bath were convenient, and the washer and dryer were definitely a perk as well. We would absolutely stay here again!

This place is awesome for a group of people. The place was immaculate, and has a very homey feeling to it. Not to mention the backyard is a great place to hang out. I’m very pleased with the price of the unit considering how close it is to Niagara Falls, just a short walk away from many great places. Highly suggest staying here.

The house was absolutely beautiful, and in perfect shape, and very well stocked. It had a beautiful private backyard and a large deck. Everything was clean, and ready to go. Heiner was hands-on, and couldn’t be nicer. Would highly recommend it to anybody, who is visiting Niagara Falls. Very close to the Falls and to restaurants and all the other attractions. Had a wonderful time. Plus, he welcomed my dog with open arms, which was so wonderful. She definitely enjoyed the backyard! The neighbors were great, as well. If you are going to Niagara Falls; this is the place to stay!

The location is perfect right on the water and there are convenient walking paths to explore the surrounding area. The house has great exterior spaces for enjoying the beautiful views of the river. Billie was very communicative and proactive in sharing recommendations, would highly recommend!

Very Walkable to the Falls and all the nearby attractions. The property was AMAZINGLY clean and orderly. Great furniture and comfortable beds. The host was very helpful and responsive.

A great place to stay while visiting Niagara Falls, with everything we needed was there plus amazing decorations in every room, cookies in the kitchen and water bottles in the fridge! We loved the barbecue area and the patio! We highly recommend it!

We recently had a great weekend stay at Sunny's place not far from Niagara Falls! Very easy to check in, super clean and comfortable with many little appreciated additions such as slippers, snacks, lots of blankets and my sons girlfriend visiting from Thailand loved the chocolates on the pillows! ❤️ Would highly recommend staying here if you want to visit Niagara area, we would definitely book again if we visit in the future! He awaited us at check-in and went above & beyond to make sure we loved our stay. Great location too near great vineyards, old town Niagara & the Falls!

Dan’s is the place to stay when visiting Niagara. Amazing location, just by the falls/ scenic state park walkway. The place is very tastefully done on the inside, and had everything we needed for our stay.

My wife and I stayed at The Eugene for a couple nights on our trip to Niagara Falls. This is a great little spot just outside of town. Close enough to be a 5 minute drive from the falls, but far enough to where you weren’t in the craziness of the downtown area.

Fantastic place downtown close to highways for going to the rowing course or the outlets. Everything you need, friendly and quick responses, amazing apartment. Well worth it. Will be booking again !

I had a wonderful stay at Mary’s place! I was in town for a work trip and felt right at home. The space was clean with a very spacious backyard. Not too far from Niagara Falls, restaurants, shopping and other things to do. Mary was very friendly, and always quick to respond. I would highly recommend this place, and look forward to returning when I’m back in town!

Mary is an excellent host she makes you feel relax being there. Her hospitality gives you warmth it is beyond a 5 stars. Comfy, cozy, neat, and clean dwelling. The unit is close by shopping area grocery store and numerous restaurants. This is my second stay I really like the unit we stayed in. Whenever I come in town I would love to stay at Mary’s place.

Everything was excellent. Andrew is a genius. Super helpful. He was in every detail. And that's what makes the difference. Guest care. The apartment is fully equipped and very comfortable. CLEAN and spacious. It had everything. He welcomed us with drinks and chocolates Everything worked. The wifi was impeakable. The bathroom was a luxury. Stayed here for a night before a wedding. Had some complications that were out of the hosts control and happened last minute. They worked with us on a solution and didn't cancel on us last minute. Overall happy.

The apartment is conveniently located just minutes from the Falls, but away from all the main traffic and congestion. It was fantastic and made it easy to do all the things we planned. There were lots of other AirBnbers in the area and the community felt incredibly safe, well kept, and easily accessible. This is a great choice.
