A beautiful new build detached house few minutes away from Niagara Falls is ready to welcome guests. Bring the whole family to this great place which is comfortable and spacious and has every thing to make you feel at home with attached garage and parking for 4 in a family friendly neighbourhood. Just a little information , the fridge in the house doesn't have a working water and ice dispenser but there are ice trays in freezer. The fireplace downstairs is not connected and can't be turned on.

A dining area is set with a neatly arranged table featuring a checkered tablecloth and elegant place settings. The adjacent kitchen area includes modern bar stools along a sleek counter. Sunlight streams in through large windows, illuminating the contemporary furnishings in the living space.

Not suitable for loud entertaining or parties as there is a tenant below in the basement unit. Quiet time is after 10 pm especially on the main floor of the house so as not to disrupt the basement guests.
