Gerald’s place with the perfect stop on a road trip through Florida. Having a washer and dryer and quiet, peaceful environment were much appreciated. Gerald was very responsive and easy to communicate with.

Another way of giving directions for finding the home for the first time: When you turn left as soon as you come through the gate, keep going on that road until you see a street sign that says Riverside Circle. Make a left and then it’s the first house on your right. I've stayed in a good number of Airbnb's & this one is the best one I've been to. The house is simply beautiful & the decorations are tasteful. The privacy is divine. The grounds large. Good outdoor chairs, including for a couple of kids. Shade on the dock in the afternoon. Lake can be a brown tea like color (from tannins) & murky. Stairs might make your calves scream. We lowered our bags down with a rope. Great to have outdoor sink on balcony. Great to have screened in eating spot. Beds & furniture better than average rental. Host is a super host for a reason.

Cutest little house!! We were in Newberry for a softball tournament and I wish i had found this place years ago. Perfect location to get to the fields fast. Super clean and comfortable. Publix and a few restaurants not far away. Great communication from hosts.

What a beautiful home, from the moment we walked in, it was so comfy and homey. The home was just as described and most importantly it was very clean! The surroundings were so peaceful and green. The hosts were amazing, really went over and beyond to make us feel at home. They thought of everything by providing toiletries in case we forgot something and some welcome treats as well which was a very special surprise. We were in town for graduation but we will definitely be back just to relax and enjoy the tranquility this home offers.

Our stay at Hefziba’s listing was a family favorite and one of the best vacations we have taken together in a long time. We are an outdoorsy Florida family and this home on the ichetucknee was a dream come true for us. We have spend past family vacation visiting different springs throughout Florida and we loved this location so much, that we have all voted to visit Hefziba’s place again in the near future. The home was stacked with games and activities for my children- ranging from college age to elementary school age. We brought our own floats and paddle boards, but the Airbnb provided paddle boards and kayaks also.The community beach was a wonderful way to start and end each day outside, while fitting and long float or paddle board in each day. We have been home for one day and are already missing this place on the springs. The beds were comfortable, and the entire Airbnb was well loved, but extremely clean. Thank you for an incredible time 💗

We stayed here for a graduation ceremony . The place is centrally located , easy to find , tons of parking spots . Nice private backyard . We had some trouble trying to unlock the door but the host was quick to respond and assist . Would surely recommend this place to friends

Great stay! The condo location next to UF was perfect for my work trip. Margaret was a great host and the condo was well stocked with all the amenities. I would definitely stay again!

What a beautiful Airbnb experience! The host was extremely accommodating and gracious – especially considering my last-minute booking. The condo’s décor is modern, fresh and open with very comfortable beds. There are tv's in the living room and both bedrooms! The kitchen appliances, the washer and the dryer, are all new. Sitting on the balcony, I am in the treetops overlooking the 3-mile walking trail which lines the perimeter of the Haile golf course which even has a turtle pond and a butterfly garden. Turning my gaze in the other direction, I glimpse the Haile Village shops and a varied assortment of high-quality restaurants. All of this is within one block's walking distance. I wish my booking could have included a Saturday morning, when I understand that the village street is lined with bakers, vendors and crafters who participate in the weekly Saturday Haile Farmer’s Market. I will be back to this Airbnb – it is a treasure.

We enjoyed feeding the animals. We brought apples and carrots for them. The baby goats are adorable, and Highland cows and donkeys and ponies! We rented a slip for our bass boat at Sportsmans Cove nearby. The fishing was not very good maybe due to time of year, but we caught a few small bass. The hydrilla is thick throughout Orange Lake. The Airbnb had a comfortable bed. We requested an additional portable heater because the one heater wasn't enough for both rooms, and it was immediately provided. . The induction stove has only one burner, but there is also a crock pot and an air fryer and outdoor grill. As other reviews stated, the dogs do bark in the mornings at times, and roosters crow very early. We used ear plugs at night which helped us to sleep. Don't miss the huge old Live Oak in their front yard that's hundreds of years old!

Tomy's house was a clean, comfortable, and spacious stay for our party of five who was in town for a family event. There was ample room for all of us to both sit together as well as to have privacy as needed. Nice pool area as well. Met Tomy briefly who was friendly and unobtrusive so never really felt he was nearby despite sharing the home with him. As a newer host we believe he is still 'dialing in' the overall experience [one sink didn't drain well, etc.] but these are minor details that I am sure Tomy can easily address. I would have no qualms recommending Tomy's comfortable home to anyone visiting Gainesville. He made the checkout very easy as well! We appreciate you sharing your home with us for three days!

Our stay went well without any issues at all. Excellent communication-- very quick response time and very thorough which was appreciated. The house was very clean and had everything we needed and was well stocked with essentials -- more than most in so far as paper towels, toilet paper, soaps, etc... which was a pleasant surprise. Beds were comfy which is one of the most important things to me personally. Location was convenient to everything that we needed. My only recommendation would be for the back deck to be replaced soon. Otherwise everything was great and I would stay again if in the area. Thank you!

We are a family of 6 with a toddler. We split our vacation in half, a condo by the beach and house close to the springs. Everyone was in agreement that this house was definitely the highlight of the trip. Way better than expected, pristine and luxe. We all appreciated that everything we needed and wanted was provided, but not only that, but the best of it and in bulk. Sensitive skins over here, so sensitive products were a great touch. Appliances, pots and pans -- everything was quality. The primary bed -- Oh so comfy!! Could go on and on. If we get the opportunity, which we might because so many springs are close to here, would definitely come back.

Highly recommend this peaceful spot if you’re looking to recharge and check out a beautiful area about 30 min outside Gainesville, though it feels much further away when you’re there. Very convenient for multiple Temple of the Universe visits, access to trails and natural springs where you can swim, kayak and paddle board in crystal clear waters. The Chai home is just as sweet as pictured and the hosts were easy to work with and kind. The land is magical, you can’t not feel it. 💖 My solo 3-night stay was exactly what I needed.. I recently stayed at this amazing Airbnb in High Springs, and I can't recommend it enough! - **Cleanliness**: The place was super clean, which made us feel right at home. - **Convenience**: It was incredibly convenient with e-b charging available and a garage, making our stay hassle-free. - **Pet-Friendly**: The Airbnb had everything we needed for our dog, which was a huge plus! - **Yard**: The yard was amazing, providing a beautiful space for relaxation and play. - **Rooms**: All the rooms were spotless and well-maintained. Everything about this Airbnb was perfect! I’m already thinking about our next trip, and I’m hopeful that we can catch this place again.

We absolutely loved staying here. It was so peaceful and relaxing. There were springs all around the area to visit. We enjoyed the privacy and the beautiful night skies. The cows next door were a treat to watch, an added bonus I would say. I hope to stay here again one day!

If you know the area, which I do, you will soon realize this is a great option for many reasons. It’s quiet, safe, and reasonable in comparison to what is around here. I had been staying in Chiefland to see my uncle in Bronson not knowing this was an option. I’m so greatful to find Kim and this sweet place. I now have a home away from home rather than the sketchy hotels in the surrounding cities. There is no other option in my opinion for a little more money. Worth every penny.
