Easy place to stay, plug and go with simple directions and walkable to anything. We took the train in to town and it was a 7 min walk to the mountain.

Wat een geweldige wintersportervaring! Het verblijf overtrof al onze verwachtingen. De accommodatie was vlekkeloos schoon en precies zoals op de foto's te zien was, met als groot pluspunt de uitstekende ligging vlakbij de lift. Onze host was ongelooflijk lief en attent. Ze reageerde altijd snel op onze vragen en deed er alles aan om ons verblijf bijzonder te maken. Het appartement zelf was perfect voor na een dag skiën: warm, gezellig en van alle gemakken voorzien. De bedden waren heerlijk comfortabel - precies wat je nodig hebt na een actieve dag op de piste. We voelden ons meteen thuis en zullen zeker terugkomen voor onze volgende wintersportvakantie. Absoluut een aanrader voor iedereen die op zoek is naar een comfortabel verblijf met een perfecte ligging voor wintersport!

Ich habe zwei Nächte bei Marcus verbracht und ich kann es nur empfehlen. Das Zimmer war außerordentlich sauber und hatte alles was man braucht. die Terrasse mit Aussicht auf dem See ist einfach unschlagbar schön. ich komme bestimmt wieder ☺️

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit bei Dolores und ihrer Familie in Oberplanken. Dolores war eine sehr nette und herzliche Gastgeberin, die uns sofort willkommen hat fühlen lassen. Die Atmosphäre auf dem Hof war besonders schön: Es gab mehrere Tiere, die man füttern konnte, und man konnte sogar beim Kühemelken zuschauen. Auf Wunsch gibt es einen Brötchenservice, und man kann frische Eier und Milch direkt vom Hof bestellen Die Wohnung war super schön eingerichtet, eine gelungene Mischung aus traditionellem Stil und modernem Komfort. Sie war geräumig, gemütlich und sehr sauber. Die Lage ist ruhig und ideal zum Entspannen, allerdings sollte man auf jeden Fall ein Auto haben, um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Für Unterhaltung war auch gesorgt: Tischtennis und Tischkicker haben uns viel Spaß gemacht. Dolores gab uns außerdem viele hilfreiche Tipps für Ausflüge und Wanderungen in der Umgebung. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft allen weiterempfehlen, die die Region besuchen

Wij hebben een ontzettend fijn verblijf gehad in haus Diana. We werden erg gastvrij ontvangen en mevrouw was zeer meegaand en behulpzaam. Wij komen in de toekomst zeker nog eens terug!

About 40mins from Lake Misurina (The place to get parking and a bus for Tri Cime if you dont have a spot booked at the top) and about the same distance from Lago di Braies this location is very peaceful on its own little village. We came with our own groceries but there is a small Spar nearby and a pizzeria (The venue has food and beverage at an extra cost) Over all the space was brilliant in terms of design and host was great. We enjoyed the sauna at an extra cost. If you work remote the wifi was very fast over 120mps (great for calls) but also 5g is good here.

Wir waren für eine Woche in der Unterkunft von Christoph und Alexandra und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Schon der Kontakt nach der Buchung war sehr nett, unkompliziert und es gab immer eine schnelle Rückmeldung auf Fragen. Wir waren mit 2 Babys da.......und wurden extra informiert, als das Apartment vor dem eigentlichen Check-in schon zum Bezug bereit war. Ich kann wirklich gar nichts negatives berichten. Die Lage ist ruhig und trotzdem zentral. Man ist in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto in Zell am See und in 5 Minuten in Kaprun. Ich kann die Unterkunft zu 100% weiterempfehlen.

everything is PERFCT about this apartment location, view, cleanness, amenities, all rates 5 out of 5. The only drawback is communication with the host, very very slow and sometime ignores your questions.

I had an amazing stay with stunning views and an amazing breakfast that catered to all tastes. The facilities were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful, making us feel right at home. Overall, a perfect getaway with beautiful views, great breakfast, and excellent amenities. Highly recommend!

Hi, Die Wohnung ist echt der Wahnsinn für diesen Preis. Eigentlicher Inhaber ist das Naturdorf Neukirchen, Ria Belvilla ist der Vertriebskanal. Kommunikation findet mit dem Naturdorf statt. Diese waren leider nach Online Checkin & mehrfachen Nachfragen, nicht in der Lage uns die Gästekarten zukommen zu lassen, obwohl meine E-Mail korrekt angegeben wurde. (Rechnung kam dann erfolgreich an..). Aber zurück zur Wohnung. Wir hatten die Wohnung „Top5“. Das war wirklich eine Klasse Wohnung! Alles sehr modern und Naturnah gehalten. Alle Böden waren in Holzoptik und die Terasse lud zum abendlichen Grillen ein. Die 2 Minuten Fußweg zum Billa sind auch der Wahnsinn. Lage generell Top für alle Wanderungen im gesamten Tal. Wohnung ist auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung!

Die Wohnung war überdurchschnittlich ausgestattet, lag sehr ruhig und war sehr sauber. Die Gastgeber waren super freundlich und wir haben uns enorm wohl gefühlt. Die liebevolle Einrichtung war ebenfalls besonders. Können die Wohnung nur empfehlen!

Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage in der Ferienwohnung von Christa! Die Wohnung ist sauber, hat alles, was man benötigt, einen schönen Garten und einen traumhaften Ausblick auf die Berge vom Wohnzimmer aus. In der Umgebung gibt es sehr viel zu entdecken und man kann auch direkt vom Hof aus loswandern. Christa und ihre Familie sind wirklich kinderfreundlich, sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Herzlichen Dank noch einmal!

Wunderschönes Bergapartment mit tollem Gastgeber! Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem Apartment in den Bergen wirklich genossen! Die Lage ist einfach traumhaft, umgeben von Natur und ideal für Skifahren, Wanderungen und Erholung. Das Apartment selbst ist sehr gemütlich, gut ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt braucht. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Gastgeberfamilie: Petra war unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit. Sie hat sich immer mal wieder erkundigt, ob wir alles haben, oder ob etwas benötigt wird. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können das Apartment nur empfehlen!

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Auch die Lage ist sehr gut, es gibt wirklich viele tolle Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung, Restaurants und Supermärkte sind auch vorhanden. Die Kommunikation mit Belvilla aber auch den Vermietern vor Ort war super und unkompliziert. Wir haben uns rundum sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Fantastik place with great hikes and restaurants close by! Beautiful view, very clean and peaceful. Veronika was a super host, good communication and made us feel at home. Can highly recommend!

Jacqueline is a wonderful host. She welcomed us with a big wave onto the driveway and was incredibly proactive, friendly and responsive throughout. She gave us clear instructions on arrival and the apartment had everything we needed plus essentials for our dog. The apartment was wonderfully decorated, so well that we did not want to leave. The whirlpool worked fantastically with a great back massage function and the log fire made our evening more magical. However the stand out of it all is the extremely comfortable bed and pillows. We had the best nights sleep we have had our entire three month trip. We cannot recommend Jacqueline enough.

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich ein Schmuckstück und in echt noch schöner wie auf den Fotos. Man fühlt sich in der großzügig und offen geschnittenen Suite direkt wohl und zuhause. Die Wohnung ist sehr neu und in einem makellosen Zustand. Sehr bequemes Bett, großes Badezimmer mit schöner Dusche, neue und gut ausgestattete Küche. Das Highlight ist der riesige Balkon mit Sonnenliegen, einem Tisch zum Essen sowie einem Whirlpool. Man ist schnell in Rosenheim, an verschiedenen Seen oder in den Bergen. Klare Empfehlung und 5/5 Sterne!

An outstanding place to stay! It's huge and perfectly set up. The interior design is amazing, a great modern interpretation of traditional Tirolian style. The huge hot tub, which was ready to use when we arrived, and the Finnish sauna are amazing highlights.. The apartment is located in the center of the small town with stores, restaurants, and wonderful trails in easy walking distance. This stay was a special experiance that we will remember for a long time to come! 10 out of 10.

The Chalet was exactly as the photos portrayed. It was well appointed with plenty of furniture for everyone to be comfortable as well as a nicely stocked kitchen. We did have some confusion when we arrived to find the two bunk beds had not been fitted with linens. We were six people - one couple and four singles - so we had expected to be able to use all of the beds. The solution was simple, we moved the linens from the other half of the two king beds, but we were surprised that all of the beds were not made. The only other issue was regulating the temperature in our bedroom. We kept the window open all day so that it would cool down enough for us to be comfortable sleeping, but by the middle of the night the room was quite warm again. (We could not leave the window open during the night due to street noise.) All in all, we had a very nice stay at the Chalet.

This is a perfect apartment near Innsbruck with everything you need to have a wonderful time with family and friends. Convenient location (you need a car), beautiful scenery, perfectly clean and prepared for comfort. We were 4 and enjoyed very much the stay!

We have stayed at a lot of air bnb’s and the most noteable thing that put Robert’s place ahead of the rest, besides the amazing view and beautiful property, was how welcoming and generous he was. In addition to great recommendations, he went the extra mile to greet us with a thoughtful basket of goodies upon arrival. The property was also impeccably stocked with everything you could possibly need from first aid kits, fully stocked kitchen, and extra toiletries making our stay comfortable and stress free. It is clear the host put a lot of care into creating a great experience for his guests. We highly recommend staying here and would love to come back!

Wir hatten ein wunderschönes Wochenende im Sky Appartement. Der Check-In war super einfach und wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir mit einer Karte, Süßigkeiten und einer Flasche Sekt überrascht. Das Highlight war natürlich der Whirlpool auf dem Balkon mit wunderschöner Aussicht.
