Magical, small holiday village with idyllic natural swimming pond and sauna, right on the edge of the forest, on a hill above the Salzach valley on the sunny ridge of the Wildkogel (1,000 m above sea level). In the naturally designed sauna room you will find the perfect ambiance to relax after a busy day. And then you can round off a lovely summer evening at the swimming pond. The holiday village consists of spacious wooden chalets, two recently renovated holiday apartments on the edge of the village and a main building with reception. On request you can spoil yourself with fresh bread rolls, an extensive breakfast or a relaxed dinner in the holiday home (for a fee). The nature program is organized in the holiday village: processing local fruits and vegetables, getting your breakfast egg from the chicken coop, baking bread and cooking courses and much more will inspire you. Within the village, the car-free center provides pleasant peace and space. There are parking spaces directly in front of the facility. The center of the village can be reached on foot in a few minutes via a footpath. You get more than 60 services for free or at a reduced price thanks to the Hohen Tauern National Park Card, which you can pay on site. Our homey mountain retreat used to be my grandparents' place and has been completely renovated just recently. We wanted to preserve the snug and cosy traditional atmosphere with a combination of traditional furniture and a more modern almost minimalistic kind of interior. We kept parts of the traditional furniture and a beautiful collection of my granddad's handcarved portraits on the ground floor and combined it with bright wood and white on the first floor to leaven the atmosphere.
