Easy place to stay, plug and go with simple directions and walkable to anything. We took the train in to town and it was a 7 min walk to the mountain.

Very good stay! Was welcomed very nice by the host and everything went smooth. Appartement was very clean and bigger then expected. With both bedrooms a separate bathroom. Skilift was maybe a 5min walk maximum so that was very nice!

I spent two nights at Marcus' and I highly recommend it. The room was exceptionally clean and had everything you need. the terrace overlooking the lake is simply unbeatable. I will definitely come back ☺️

We had a wonderful time with Dolores and her family in Oberplanken. Dolores was a very nice and warm host who made us feel welcome right away. The atmosphere on the farm was particularly beautiful: there were several animals that you could feed, and you could even watch the cows being milked. Upon request, there is a bread roll service, and you can order fresh eggs and milk directly from the farm The apartment was beautifully decorated, a successful mix of traditional style and modern comfort. It was spacious, cozy and very clean. The location is quiet and ideal for relaxing, but you should definitely have a car to explore the surrounding area. Entertainment was also provided: table tennis and foosball were a lot of fun. Dolores also gave us many helpful tips for excursions and hikes in the area. We would come back any time and can recommend the accommodation to anyone who visits the region

About 40mins from Lake Misurina (The place to get parking and a bus for Tri Cime if you dont have a spot booked at the top) and about the same distance from Lago di Braies this location is very peaceful on its own little village. We came with our own groceries but there is a small Spar nearby and a pizzeria (The venue has food and beverage at an extra cost) Over all the space was brilliant in terms of design and host was great. We enjoyed the sauna at an extra cost. If you work remote the wifi was very fast over 120mps (great for calls) but also 5g is good here.

everything is PERFCT about this apartment location, view, cleanness, amenities, all rates 5 out of 5. The only drawback is communication with the host, very very slow and sometime ignores your questions.

I had an amazing stay with stunning views and an amazing breakfast that catered to all tastes. The facilities were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful, making us feel right at home. Overall, a perfect getaway with beautiful views, great breakfast, and excellent amenities. Highly recommend!

Hi, The apartment is really amazing for this price. The actual owner is the natural village of Neukirchen, Ria Belvilla is the distribution channel. Communication is with the nature village. Unfortunately, these were not able to send us the guest cards after online check-in & multiple inquiries, although my email was entered correctly. (Invoice then arrived successfully..). But back to the apartment. We had the apartment "Top5". That was really a great apartment! Everything very modern and close to nature. All floors were wooden and the terrace invited you to grill in the evening. The 2-minute walk to the Billa is also amazing. Location generally top for all hikes in the entire valley. Apartment is definitely a recommendation!

The apartment was above average equipped, was very quiet and was very clean. The hosts were super friendly and we felt very comfortable. The loving furnishings were also special. Can only recommend the apartment!

We had very nice days in Christa's apartment! The apartment is clean, has everything you need, a beautiful garden and a fantastic view of the mountains from the living room. There is a lot to discover in the area and you can also hike directly from the farm. Christa and her family are really child-friendly, very nice and helpful. Thank you again!

Beautiful mountain apartment with great host! We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment in the mountains! The location is simply fantastic, surrounded by nature and ideal for skiing, hiking and recreation. The apartment itself is very cozy, well equipped and offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. I want to highlight the host family: Petra was incredibly kind and helpful. She asked again and again if we had everything or if there was anything needed. We felt completely comfortable and can only recommend the apartment!

The apartment is very cozy and well-equipped. The location is also very good, there are really many great excursion destinations in the area, restaurants and supermarkets are also available. Communication with Belvilla but also the landlords on site was great and uncomplicated. We felt very comfortable all around and would be happy to come back.

Jacqueline is a wonderful host. She welcomed us with a big wave onto the driveway and was incredibly proactive, friendly and responsive throughout. She gave us clear instructions on arrival and the apartment had everything we needed plus essentials for our dog. The apartment was wonderfully decorated, so well that we did not want to leave. The whirlpool worked fantastically with a great back massage function and the log fire made our evening more magical. However the stand out of it all is the extremely comfortable bed and pillows. We had the best nights sleep we have had our entire three month trip. We cannot recommend Jacqueline enough.

We loved our stay in Rosenheim! We came to visit family and Leopold’s place was the perfect place for us to stay! The balcony and big windows are beautiful and had everything we needed! Would definitely stay again!

An outstanding place to stay! It's huge and perfectly set up. The interior design is amazing, a great modern interpretation of traditional Tirolian style. The huge hot tub, which was ready to use when we arrived, and the Finnish sauna are amazing highlights.. The apartment is located in the center of the small town with stores, restaurants, and wonderful trails in easy walking distance. This stay was a special experiance that we will remember for a long time to come! 10 out of 10.

The Chalet was exactly as the photos portrayed. It was well appointed with plenty of furniture for everyone to be comfortable as well as a nicely stocked kitchen. We did have some confusion when we arrived to find the two bunk beds had not been fitted with linens. We were six people - one couple and four singles - so we had expected to be able to use all of the beds. The solution was simple, we moved the linens from the other half of the two king beds, but we were surprised that all of the beds were not made. The only other issue was regulating the temperature in our bedroom. We kept the window open all day so that it would cool down enough for us to be comfortable sleeping, but by the middle of the night the room was quite warm again. (We could not leave the window open during the night due to street noise.) All in all, we had a very nice stay at the Chalet.

This is a perfect apartment near Innsbruck with everything you need to have a wonderful time with family and friends. Convenient location (you need a car), beautiful scenery, perfectly clean and prepared for comfort. We were 4 and enjoyed very much the stay!

We have stayed at a lot of air bnb’s and the most noteable thing that put Robert’s place ahead of the rest, besides the amazing view and beautiful property, was how welcoming and generous he was. In addition to great recommendations, he went the extra mile to greet us with a thoughtful basket of goodies upon arrival. The property was also impeccably stocked with everything you could possibly need from first aid kits, fully stocked kitchen, and extra toiletries making our stay comfortable and stress free. It is clear the host put a lot of care into creating a great experience for his guests. We highly recommend staying here and would love to come back!

We had a wonderful weekend at the Sky apartment. Check-in was super easy and we felt right at home. Upon arrival, we were surprised with a card, sweets and a bottle of sparkling wine. The highlight was of course the hot tub on the balcony with beautiful views.
