Depending on whether it's summer or winter, you can enjoy the sun and the sound of the stream outside the hut or warm yourself by the 90-year-old wood-burning stove and enjoy a hot cup of tea while watching the snowflakes outside the window. Leave your laptop at home and treat yourself to a few convivial days in our hut - away from the hustle and bustle of the world.

Bright large studio in a quiet neighbourhood and central location. Within 10min walking distance you'll find groceries stores, train station, restaurants and city center. The apartment is perfect for a max. 6 person group. The fully equipped kitchen, living and working space as well as the wonderful terrace make it an excellent choice for longer stays. We are private room landlords and offer apartments in our own house. My name is Angela and I will always be on site during your stay.

Welcome to our charming apartment which feels like home. You will have your own 55qm apartment with a spacious bathroom, cosy living room with fully equipped kitchen and a wooden balcony. In the sleeping room you find a kingsize bed with a 42 inch TV (Netflix) and a double bed on the plateau. The apartment is situated in a historical district with good infrastructure (supermarket, bakery...) and within a 10 minutes walk you will reach the inner old part of Innsbruck.

Dreaming like on clouds? With us in the Tyrolean apartment you will spend a time, characterized by a homey atmosphere, hand in hand with a style of a special kind. The subtle difference makes it. Not only August dreams in the cozy bed, you will also feel really comfortable. Almost like at home. Our apartment is a 4-minute walk from the center (supermarket...). We are also directly on the Wipptal cycle path (lockable bicycle garage). We look forward to welcoming you!

Additionally, for stays of 2 nights or more, you will receive the Welcome Card, which allows you to use public transportation from the day of arrival to the day of departure

A supermarket is about 3 minutes away. The bike path passes by in the immediate vicinity. In winter, the ski resort on Kolsassberg is ideal for beginners. Not far away there is the possibility to end the day culinarily in the Wellnesshotel Rettenberg.

The listed house looks romantic from the outside and the mountain panorama in the background makes this gem a special eye-catcher. Inside, on the first floor, a 75 sqm apartment awaits you, which was completely renovated and modernized in 2015. In this unique place, the flair of the old farmhouse meets modern furnishings.
