What is not lacking is tranquility and security, the house is in a gated community with 24-hour security, between 250 and 300 m from the beach, 2 min. by car and 5 min. on foot, next to a supermarket where you can find everything. The living room has a fireplace and the balcony outdoor area is quite large with a deck, hammocks and a portable barbecue.
