Beautiful loft, 42 mts prepared to receive a family or friends (up to 6 people) inside a gated community, parking for 1 vehicle. Only 150 mts from the beach. The house has air conditioning, 1 bedroom with a double bed, a trundle bed for 3 people and 1 sofa bed for two people, full kitchen and utensils, cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, all extremely new, newly built!Service area with a sink and clotheslines!It also has beach chairs and a sun umbrella (New).

Gated community loft (with mezzanine) in Maranduba

Holidays in general, only package closed. Example: HOLIDAY 3 DAYS, minimum of 3 nights that corresponds to 3 nights! Please do not insist. Gated community, duplex chalet with mezzanine bedroom, we do not have beds (only mattresses). Swimming pool and barbecue in the common area and a small barbecue on our balcony, kitchen with all utensils, including barbecue, air-conditioning, TV, fans, microwave, Airfryer. We do not have linens available!
