O interior é quente no verão, mas contém ventiladores portáteis para usar nos ambientes (os ventiladores de teto no momento não estão funcionando) e a varanda recebe uma boa brisa. A ducha externa também ajuda a refrescar! Como é comum no litoral, dependendo da época do ano há pernilongos, por isso convém levar repelentes de tomada ou afins.
