In a gated community, this house was made by a very special architect named Dedé. It's a great house for friends and family. Perfect for those who like to cook, have comfort and admire one of the most beautiful landscapes in the world! I spent many of the best moments of my life here. It has a poetry all its own. You need to experience it to feel what I'm trying to describe here. I'm biased, I know, but I recommend the experience. The house is also the setting of the book The Enchanter of People. =)

It was a great experience, the cottage is very cozy, the view is beautiful, much more beautiful than in the photos, it surprised me very positively, the place is really very beautiful. The reservoir is very quiet, you can swim and fish. And Ana is a very kind person, easy to communicate with, friendly and a great host, I highly recommend it!!!

Fernanda and Maurício, it was a pleasure to be in your home. I appreciate the attention and care they had with us, from the warm welcome to the organization and care with all the details (Complete house, very organized and clean). I also appreciate you making me feel so comfortable and welcomed. It was certainly an unforgettable stay, a wonderful, cozy and quiet place! Great for relaxing and getting out of the routine!!! Environment of peace and a lot of tranquility. We'll be back for sure!

The house makes you feel at home, it is impeccable, complete, beautiful, clean, organized, the nature around it is charming. Raquel was a great host. 10/10 experience🌟 All the ACs were working, we had a barbecue and we had no problems, we followed the guidelines to close all the windows. No one wanted to leave, it was 4 wonderful days. 🩵 Take repellent and soap to the rooms. The soap is not a criticism, because the advertisement does not promise it, it is just a reminder, because we thought there would be some and we went out to buy it. The market is close, but you can't walk there. It rained one day and there was a little infiltration in the bedroom on the right of the second floor, we put a cloth and we had no problems. We recommend it and will be back. Thank you very much Raquel and Karina! Ah Karina was very helpful and friendly when we arrived at the house.

The house is in a quiet, family neighborhood in the middle of the Atlantic Forest and close to Brava da Fortaleza beach. The description is very assertive and the house matches all that was described. Even with some observations from other guests: the furniture in general is not very comfortable, although it is enough for what it proposes. There are a lot of utensils and appliances. There is a nearby grocery store, in addition to a cafeteria, with delivery service. Zélia (indicated by Solange, for local support) was always attentive to any questions. The beach is a separate invitation. A low profile environment amidst the chaos of the summer season in Ubatuba. Few people, calm waters with some waves (in a few days until a surf), white sands, leafy trees... All the best!!!

All EXCEPTIONAL! The house is new, very modern, complete: fans in the leisure area, screen and air conditioning in the bedrooms, good showers, good beds, clean bed and bath linens, bath amenities. All impeccable furniture, complete kitchen, with all possible appliances (blender, mixer, processor, pots, pans, baking pans, etc.) and very spacious. Excellent pool, it is in super pleasant temperature. And the house does not smell of moisture at all. The condominium is impeccable, super safe, with inspection round, small, beautiful and wonderful beach for those looking for quiet (practically private). To get down to the beach without a car is a walk, in the shade. But to go up is a little more pulled. You can drive and stop at the driveway. Bruna is super polite, solicitous, considerate and honest. The communication was impeccable. A Rafaela (Bruna's employee) was essential in our stay. Extremely polite, attentive and well cooked. They were perfect days!
