Short Term Rental Permit Number: 2/0/1/8/0/1/2/3/8/8 Its perfect for couples, with or without kids, professionals on business trips or conventions. There is a stair from the entrance to the upstairs apartment. But, it's part of the experience. Everything is new including the washer and dryer. The windows are operable. Other than very cold or hot weather, enjoy great cross breezes by opening the windows. It's amazingly quiet and yet so close to all that gives East Nashville its vibe. It's a private apartment. You are completely free to use everything inside it. The door has a smart lock. Prior to your visit, you'll receive instructions. There's no need for a key. We are available as needed by phone, text or email. While we live in the house on the same property, guests have total privacy by design. Oasis is a cozy getaway in the heart of the unique neighborhood of East Nashville. The loft is walking distance to quirky retailers, local restaurants, coffee shops, and music venues. Hop on a bicycle to reach Shelby Park, Greenway, and the city. Much of what East Nashville offers is within walking or biking distance. Downtown is a short drive on local streets. If you don't bring a car, Uber is a great alternative. This Loft is accessed off an Alley.
