Vacation rentals with a pool in Nashville

Very spacious home with a lovely sweeping yard and a pool. We fished right off the small dock and my son was delighted that he just kept pulling them in every time he dropped a line. The house is equipped with everything you need and the location is fantastic - close to the highway and Nashville but it still feels like a getaway. Highly recommend!

We were there for a quick weekend in Nashville and this place was perfect! The unit was clean and the decorations were cute. The unit was more spacious than expected which was a plus. The unit faces the back of the building and it was on a relatively quiet street, and street parking was available for additional cars. Broadway is about a 30 min walk or a 7 minute uber (we ubered since they were relatively cheap; average $12). It was also close to The Gulch which was awesome. The host was responsive when we had a question about parking and even let us check in a little early! I would recommend this place and likely book again!

We stayed here for my best friends bachelorette party and had an amazing time!! It was the perfect size for the 8 of us and was a perfect distance from where all we wanted to go. The thing I appreciated the most was how quickly they responded when it came to any kind of question! Super accommodating about an early check in since it was possible and we needed to decorate the house!

Great place to stay in Nashville. After a long day on the town you can come back and relax in the pool.

Very nice place. Kitchen was stocked up nicely. Bathroom was a good size and they offered some extras which was nice! The patio area was our favorite during the stay, even the rain didn't stop us from enjoying sitting outside.

Coopers place was awesome. It was very clean and was everything you could ask for and more when staying in an Airbnb. Cooper was extremely responsive and helpful. I'd love to stay here again. 10/10 experience from the moment i booked.

The house was in a great location in relationship to downtown Nashville and/or Franklin. Plenty of stores around. The den in the back of the house was a great place for everyone to 'hang out' in. The only 'challenge' was the busy road that the house is located on. Depending on the time of day, it was sometimes tricky pulling out of the drive. We had a great stay here!

Was very excited about the trip, and we had a large group. The house was easy to find and BEAUTIFUL! Plenty to do for entertainment. The house was spotless. Pool floats were provided the beds and linen was spotless as if they were brand new. The pool table was in mint condition and the garage even has air conditioning!! The pull out couches were surprisingly very comfortable. Plenty of room for a big group. The property itself self is beautiful, if you have small kids there is so much they can do. Parking was awesome as well, we had 4 bigger vehicles and they all fit with zero issues. We had not one complaint about anything with this property. 10/10 would recommend this house to everyone. It’s definitely a house I will book again! The host was amazing as well. Communication was very well, responsive and accommodating. If you’re on the fence about this property I promise you will fall in love with it!

The condo looked just like the pictures. The beds were very comfortable, even the rollaways. The location was perfect for CMA Fest. Cynthia was always helpful and quick to respond!

Amazing stay! Stayed during CMA Fest week and it was super walkable (a little more than a mile) to all CMA Fest activities and Nissan stadium. The property was quiet, clean, and just as described. I felt safe even walking at night. Bekah gave clear check in and check out instructions. Would stay again!

This is a great flat in a great location. You're within a 20-minute walk to all the shops and restaurants in the 12 South neighborhood. The flat itself is basic, but clean, comfortable, and safe. Carrie is extremely responsive and great to work with.

Nice place to get away from the hustle of Broadway but close enough to walk and enjoy. The unit was perfect. Highly recommend. Hope to be back again.

This studio was super cute and clean! The guide sent for the property and area was top tier. There is a walkable area around the studio and Broadway is a 10 minute drive. Hattie B’s, mentioned in the guide, is walkable from the studio and super delicious! The pool was clean and easy to get in and out with the code given. Theres so much more to see in the area which makes the feel homely, mean while crazy fun Broadway is just up the road! The neighborhood felt safe, clean and quiet. The host checked in to make sure all was well, we did not need them but I’m positive if we did, they would accommodate. This was not the original place we booked for our wedding anniversary, but I’m so glad this is where we ended up. Thank you so much to Megan and family for a great stay! I’m certain we will be back! 😊

Brendan was very responsive if I had any questions or concerns. Well mannered, and gave great detailed instructions on how to find the Airbnb, key fob, and parking spot if paid for in parking garage. Clean place. Will stay again if ever back in Nashville.

Brigitte's place was exactly as described, spacious, and the perfect place for a girls trip! The two double beds were perfect for a slumber party feel and the apartment was very clean and inviting. The area was fantastic with lots of restaurants and bars to visit within walking distance. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would definitely book again with Brigitte!!

Our stay was amazing! It was Super clean, well-stocked with everything we needed, and in a perfect location. It felt like a home away from home. My kids loved it so much—they’re already asking when we can go back! The host was friendly and responsive, and every detail was just right. Highly recommend everything is as pictured. It’s such cute condo! We’d absolutely stay here again!
