This charming cottage is a true taste of ol' cape cod. This waterfront property contains two cottages (one owner occupied) and is situated on a flat, grassy lot overlooking Great River on Monomoscoy Island, accessible by car via a short causeway, and part of a protected bird/wildlife sanctuary. This is the quintessential Cape experience - you cannot do better than this central, but yet off the beaten track, location. Walk down to the waterfront with dock & fire pit, take dip in the warm water!

Prime location- right across the street from a sandy beach, a few minutes walk to the harbor, downtown, and transportation (boat, bus, etc). This beautiful street-level one-bedroom apartment sits across the street from the ocean, where you can take a dip and enjoy the beach. The apartment was recently redone and has a small bedroom with a queen size bed, small bathroom, full kitchen, and living room area with pull-out couch. Convenient to take the ferry into Oak Bluffs and walk to the apartment

Peaceful waterfront home, surrounded by conservation. Sit on deck, patio, private dock or hot tub and watch waterfowl as sun sets. Master bedroom and new en-suite bathroom, great room with dining table for eight, a huge sectional couch. Two big screen TVs. Enjoy fully stocked, gourmet kitchen with espresso machine & additional sitting area off kitchen with leather sofa, comfortable for sleeping. Downstairs family room, three bedrooms and marble full bath plus half bath/ laundry room.

Due to the coronavirus, we’re taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations.” Our Cozy waterfront cottage is located 120ft from great bay. Our closest beach is 2.5 miles and we are 4 miles from the center of town. Equipped with gas heat and Central A/C. We also have a gas fired fireplace to keep you cozy. Outside shower for days at the beach.We have one single kayak, two double Kayaks, a rowboat and a canoe for a scenic view of Great Bay. Quiet spot.

Located above a seasonal restaurant, with 5 open air restaurants (2 on each side, & were in the middle with our restaurant Lobsterville Bar & Grille below)
