It is great for 2 people, (but can technically sleep 4 tightly). There is a Murphy Bed/full size mattress and a queen pull out sofa. Ample kitchen, fully equipped with full refrigerator/freezer, electric stove, dishwasher. Nice bathroom tub/shower. Private entrance and private side screened porch. TV w/ cable, shared laundry room and outdoor grills.

Please note: this is a residential area and there is another apartment located above and next to you.
