Enjoy The Beach Loft Apartment's convenient proximity to beaches, town and S’conset. Located 4 miles from the ctr. of the Historic District and 1 mile to Nobadeer beach our lofty spacious 900 sq. ft., 10 foot ceiling height apartment is the lower level (basement) of our home. Yet you will have complete privacy with separate parking as well as separate entrance and your own outdoor deck. The neighborhood is 3 acre zoning. It is secluded and quiet with many pine trees, oak and sassafras trees.

A private outdoor area features green lounge chairs arranged around a small table, with a patio woven into the grassy landscape. A barbecue grill is positioned nearby, and the exterior of the cottage is framed by lush hedges and a pergola, creating a serene environment.

The Middle House is one of three rentals on the property. It is five minutes from town, the inner harbor, parks, and trails. A sweet sitting area with a loveseat, two chairs, reading lights, and a television mounted can be viewed from the galley kitchen. Queen bed upstairs, a second bathroom with a shower, and a washer and dryer. There is air conditioning throughout the house and Art in each space. The shared outdoor space has four Adirondack chairs, a small picnic table, and a grill.

The two-story cottage is nestled among greenery, featuring a shingled exterior and multiple windows. A paved driveway leads to the entrance, while a small patio area with seating can be seen on one side, surrounded by neatly trimmed hedges and landscaping.

A coveted in-town location within Nantucket’s historic district, just a quick stroll downtown to enjoy the premier dining options, charming boutiques, award-winning Whaling Museum & more. In our two-story, two-bedroom home we've added lots of NEW items - linens, pillows, towels, individual toiletries, coffee, smart TVs, Alexa, Keyless Entry, a new dishwasher, new dryer, new stove & microwave & a new Pack n' Play & Highchair for our littlest guests. Our cottage is perfect for 4-5 people.

A bright and airy guest suite features a spacious bed with decorative pillows, set against light-colored walls. Sheer curtains allow soft natural light to fill the room. Wooden flooring complements the light decor, while a dresser and small cabinet provide additional storage space.

"Upon a Rock" Peace & Quiet - Mid island retreat!

Our guest suite is a separate wing on the main house. It is separated by a locked door. You have your own separate private entrance. You must come into the backyard of the main house. Look for the arbor with BAIRD written on top. These is an extra charge for any guests after the first 2 guests.,$150 per guest per night. Our guest suite is not suitable for children. We do not allow pets. If you were bringing a car please let us know in advance so we can make parking arrangements

Beautiful Custom Nantucket Home

Our custom built home is located on a private, natural and secluded location in the beautiful Fishers Landing neighborhood in Madaket. It is perfect for a family of 4. The home is close to beaches, crabbing, bike paths and Madaket Millies. We have a large private landscaped yard for the kids to play in. We also have a great deck in the back of the house for outdoor dinners, an outdoor shower with and BBQ area. It's a great house in a great spot and we have many happy repeat guests.

A bright and airy bedroom features a spacious bed centered on a light wooden floor. Natural light floods the room through multiple windows. A cozy seating area is provided by a stylish chair, while decorative poufs and a textured rug enhance the space. Stairs lead to an upper area.

Enjoy this fresh 2021 new construction house tucked right in town, footsteps from boutiques, restaurants and walking distance to the Hyline ferry. The house was completely rebuilt in 2021 and has all the latest modern amenities, a sound system that links to your phone, refrigerator screen links to music and internet and a mood lighting system. A conveniently located mid-island Crash Pad for the all movers and shakers that visit Nantucket! This gorgeous, newly built one bedroom studio with its own exterior entrance is just a few steps from the bike path and shuttle that takes you right into town. This location and space offer everything you need to be comfortable in between beach jaunts or shopping trips to town. Like a hotel room, we offer a simple and affordable place to stay on ACK.

The house includes all the amenities Naushop offers; a community pool, two tennis courts, a pickle-ball court, playground and renovated clubhouse. The community is located on the bike path providing easy access to the beach (1.5 miles), town (2 miles), and other amenities.  

The charming beach cottage features blue shingle siding and a distinctive red door. Flower boxes beneath the windows are filled with colorful blooms. A brick chimney rises from the center, surrounded by well-maintained landscaping including small shrubs and flags.
