Located 4 miles from the ctr. of the Historic District and 1 mile to Nobadeer beach our lofty spacious 900 sq. ft., 10 foot ceiling height apartment is the lower level (basement) of our home. Yet you will have complete privacy with separate parking as well as separate entrance and your own outdoor deck. The neighborhood is 3 acre zoning. It is secluded and quiet with many pine trees, oak and sassafras trees.

In our two-story, two-bedroom home we've added lots of NEW items - linens, pillows, towels, individual toiletries, coffee, smart TVs, Alexa, Keyless Entry, a new dishwasher, new dryer, new stove & microwave & a new Pack n' Play & Highchair for our littlest guests. Our cottage is perfect for 4-5 people.

The Nantucket Farmhouse

The Nantucket Farm House was built in 1840 and was completely renovated and refurnished in 2023. If you are having trouble with ferry reservations and need a car, please let us know. We might be able to help. The home very private and is very close to beaches, bike paths, and the Nantucket public transportation stop. We are experienced Air BnB Superhosts and are committed to excellent service and guest satisfaction. We also have a full-time caretaker on island for your convenience.

Spend the day at the beach, then come home and relax in our spacious back yard and take a refreshing outdoor shower. Back yard is great for dining, BBQs and entertaining. 1.5 miles to Straight Wharf (Down Town) Short bike ride to Surfside & Miacomet beach or Cisco Brewery and Bartlett farms-great place for lunch.

In the hallway is a laundry area with full size washer/dryer. 2nd floor private entrance is located over our two bay garage which is attached to our home. Super location just .2m to beach road!

A unique upside down two bedroom cottage with a deck and a view of the Harbor. A curated space with antique beams, handcrafted doors, flooring and cabinetry, antiques and fine art. It all lends a vintage feel to an up to date with all the amenities home. There is a private small side yard and garden with outdoor grill and seating. This is not a party house, it’s a sensitive house, I live right on the property, adjacent to the cottage, you have full privacy but no shenanigans.

A well appointed Nantucket house for 10 guests, centrally located on the island. There is easy bike or car access to town and beaches. Although most families would want to visit during late spring, summer, or early fall, the property is available throughout the year. We have gone to great lengths to make the home comfortable and accommodating to our guests’ wishes.

Secluded, private location. Comfortable, Cozy, and convenient.
