Our guesthouse is in a beautiful mountain village, near to it are pristine forests with beech trees and an ancient mountain path that was used to carry sea products from Japan sea to Kyoto in old days. In front of the guesthouse runs a stream that is a source of Lake Biwa and its water is crystal clear ; in early summer nights many fireflies fly over the stream. In winter, we have a lot of snow ; sometimes it reaches 2 meters from the ground! On clear nights you can enjoy the sky full of stars.

I am an Artist / Photographer born in Kyoto I started hosting because I love meeting people from all over the world and making new friends. This place used to be one big guesthouse, but during Covid19, I have stopped running the guesthouse and I moved in with my wife and 2 kids. Still I didn't want to give up so I left the good parts. Private cypress bath and renovated rooms and made another entrance for the Guests. So now it is 2 separate house Please check the house rules before you book.

《May 2019 TV can be watched.》 It is located 15 minutes on foot from Kyoto station. It will be lent to a Kyoto townhouse style building. I put the finest furniture and the finest bed. You can also use wifi. The bath is about the size of two adults and uses Japanese cypress. It will be a very beautiful room just opened in January. Please try and stay at once. The location of the hotel is in a place where you can walk to downtown area of Kyoto and famous temples. It is a very convenient place.

ちょっと滋賀県にお立ちより（寝地蔵）

滋賀県の北部になりますので人通りも少なく、自然豊かな街になりますので市街から少し離れられてゆっくりされるのはいかがでしょうか？気温も落ち着きサイクリング日和な季節になりました。夕暮れの琵琶湖を自転車で通られるととても綺麗だと思います。湖が陽の光で赤く染まり幻想的な景色を肉眼でも見て頂きたいと思います。おみえになってからは学生時代のお友達とパジャマで夜通し語るなど、ラフな服装でも気にせずゆっくりくつろいでください！あたりが暗くなる頃にはスーパーで買い込んだ食材で鍋を囲んだりお酒を飲みながら昔話や明日の計画等決められ、夜が更けて眠くなったら、そのまま寝転んでしまうなんて如何ですか？夜更かしして寝坊しても、起きた時が朝食の時間です。昨日の残りの鍋で雑炊や朝食用に買い込んだパン等で軽くすませてすぐ出発できます。観光部分では木之本地蔵院（浄信寺）、冨田酒造、山路酒造を回られたり、長浜まで電車ですぐです。琵琶一するのにもっとも便利でアットホームなお宿です。ベットはございませんがお布団がございますのでそちらをご使用していただけます。

江戸時代に建てられた２階建ての土蔵を改装し、ゲストハウスとしました。広くはないですが、土壁や太い梁など土蔵の雰囲気を残しながら、１階にIHクッキングヒーター付きのキッチンを設置。１階、２階にエアコンを完備し、快適に過ごせます。土蔵ならではの遮音性や夏の涼しさ、冬の暖かさを体験いただけます。ご希望であれば、挽きたての豆で淹れる珈琲をご賞味ください。車で１５分程度のところに姉川温泉、いぶき薬草湯があります。姉川温泉は回数券をご提供できます（一般価格より割安で）。送迎についてはご相談下さい。周辺はたびたび歴史の舞台となった長浜ならではの観光スポットが多くあります。国宝の彦根城や豊臣秀吉の長浜城、石田三成の生誕地、日本屈指の山城・小谷城、合戦の地・賤ヶ岳、など。また関ケ原合戦地までは車で２０分足らずです。琵琶湖周辺のほか、日本最古の鉄道駅舎・長浜鉄道スクエアや子供も遊べるヤンマーミュージアム、黒壁スクエアなど歴史以外の楽しみもいっぱいです。近江牛、鴨料理、焼鯖そうめん、のっぺいうどん、サラダパンや鴨、小鮎などグルメも楽しめます。
