Logan's Run is a great cottage on the Muskegon river close to Newaygo, Michigan, with fishing right out the back door. After a long day fishing, river rafting, tubing, kayaking, or hiking you can be assured to sit back and relax and have a campfire, grill your favorite meal (kitchen is stocked with supplies), or watch your favorite sports on a large tv. Now with high speed internet.

Quiet East Muskegon home in the woods

This is our personal home that we don't live in from spring - fall. Its a quiet area in the woods on a little creek. Perfect for bonfires or just a place to rest. Sitting back about a half mile off the road about the only noise you'll hear at night is maybe the wolves howling at the near by wolf sanctuary. We are only a 15 minute drive to anywhere in Muskegon. We can set up a private boat tour for up to 8 of Muskegon Lake and Lake Michigan for $100/2 hrs. Note: There is no full kitchen.

Robin's Place, Wooded Home on Lake

*Robin's Place now has WIFI! *This home has 1 bathroom with NO SHOWER. However, there is a deep claw-footed bathtub. *There are no laundry facilities on this property. Therefore, WE ASK GUESTS TO SUPPLY THEIR OWN BED LINENS AND TOWELS. We will provide pillows and comforters with clean fresh duvet covers. There is a small, clean, well-managed laundromat 5 miles away in Hesperia. NOTE: There is no barrier around woodstove. When in use, It is HOT. It is not safe for small children.

Welcome to our cottage! We are located directly on the Muskegon River in Newaygo Michigan. The Muskegon River is known for its great fishing. You can fish right out front of the cottage or bring your own river boat and keep it at our dock. Kayak and tube rentals are available in town. Enjoy the intimate feel of the cottage with cozy rooms and a fully stocked kitchen for you to enjoy eating in. Downtown Newaygo has many restaurants and shopping if you want to venture out.

Eden is a charming two bedroom brick home located in Twin Lake, Michigan. It is ideally situated for the lovers of the outdoors or the seekers of adventure and entertainment. All lakes in Twin Lake are residential but public access is available close by. See my guidebook for lakes access (this is not water front). Our charming bungalow is located walking distance from downtown Muskegon and Muskegon Lake. Enjoy the quiet neighborhood setting while being close to all of the action that downtown has to offer. Breweries, restaurants, shopping, and the farmers market all await. If downtown isn’t your scene, the bungalow is a quick drive to Pere Marquette beach on the shores of Lake Michigan. Large, uncrowded stretches of sandy beach are the perfect place for a relaxing day in the sun.

The Amberg House - a Frank Lloyd Wright Original

Staying in a house designed by Frank Lloyd Wright is a bucket list item for fans of America's most acclaimed architect. The Amberg House was completed in 1911 at the pinnacle of Wright's Prairie Style influence. Though every Wright home is special, the Amberg House is a unique collaboration between Wright and Marion Mahony. Mahony worked with Wright from 1896 until 1909. A graduate of MIT, she was the first woman to be licensed as an architect in the US.

Here you’ll find the perfect place to unplug for a couple of days of peace and tranquility. We’ve also recently added a prayer chapel along the side of our home for our family, friends and treehouse guests to have a special place to pray and connect with God if you would like.
