HOA is replacing hallway carpet (outside the condo) a couple of floors at a time (Top floor to bottom) and will be painting balcony rails sometime during the time frame. Painting takes a day to dry. A beautiful waterfront apartment overlooking Huntington Beach State Park. It is located in the natural serene part of Murrells Inlet. The attached apartment is the entire top level of our home, a private entrance. It has a bedroom with one queen bed, full kitchen, living room, and bathroom w/shower. From the living room, kitchen, and common space there is also, a queen bed. Enjoy the most spectacular views the Inlet has to offer. Enjoy your coffee while watching the glorious seaward sunrise.

We are centrally located to downtown Myrtle Beach, Murrells Inlet Marsh walk, State Parks, downtown Conway, and Coastal Carolina University. A security camera is located by the door.

By The Sea: Waterfront! Million Dollar View!

We are on the Waterfront, also the natural part of Murrells Inlet. We have beautiful sunrises and views of the Inlet from our patio and backyard. The Waccamaw Neck Bikeway, which is part of the East Coast Greenway, runs in front of our home. (Bring your bicycle) Huntington Beach State Park and Brookgreen Gardens 1 mile South of us. The Marsh Walk is 2 miles to the North. Grahams Landing Restaurant is one lot over from us, within walking distance. Southern Hops is across the street.

The Salty Barn by the Marshwalk

The Salty Barn is tiny and anything but ordinary. It’s within walking distance to the Marshwalk, with plenty of dining options and fresh seafood. The comfy sofa pulls out into a double bed, or, if you’re brave, you can climb the stairs up to the loft, which has a queen mattress. Relax inside with views of the greenery outside, or pull up an Adirondack chair and relax outside by the Chiminea. This is the perfect spot for a quick getaway with plenty to do nearby.
