Our 9th floor ocean front condo offers a fully equipped kitchen including microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and stove plus plates glasses, silverware, pot, pans, toaster, coffee maker, blender and all the utensils. The dining area has seating for four plus 2 kitchen bar height chairs. The master bedroom is ocean front with a queen size bed, private bath, Flat Screen TV. Our Ocean Front living room has a new queen size new sleeper sofa bed, love seat new in 2019, 46" Smart LED Flat Screen TV.

It has 4 beautiful bedrooms, each with their own bathroom & TV. Enjoy our 2 golf carts for local restaurants, barefoot landing or trips to the beach.

Recently updated two bedroom oceanfront condo unit which features a full glass wall to enjoy the beach view, electric fireplace with 65" tv. Relax in the large outdoor pool, lazy river, hot tubs or the indoor pool. There is convenience store, arcade, gym and outdoor lounging area. Sand Dunes is one of the only resorts in the area with multiple restaurants. The hotel waterpark is not included for guests. However, Myrtle Waves waterpark is right down the street and is reasonably priced.

A comfortably furnished living area features a dark leather chair and a round dining table with white chairs. A flat-screen TV is mounted on the wall, and natural light enters through the sliding glass door, which opens onto a private outdoor space. Decorative items are present, including a lamp and wall art.
