Small refrigerator & basic kitchen. Also has a Foose ball table, Electronic dart board, TV with built in DVD player, Nintendo with built in 500 games. -Living room: Beach style furnishings with queen size sleeper sofa. 40” Smart TV -Fully equipped kitchen with appliances, plates, bowls, utensils, pots pans, Keurig coffee maker & margarita blender -Linens and towels & washer & dryer -Big fenced in backyard with two picnic tables & gas grill, horseshoe pit, cornhole, fire pit & Tiki Toss -Covered & screened in oversized rear porch with tiki bar & farm style table!! -Beach chairs & umbrella - Free parking pass for Downtown/Boardwalk/Family Kingdom. The attached apartment is the entire top level of our home, a private entrance. It has a bedroom with one queen bed, full kitchen, living room, and bathroom w/shower. The search for a beach getaway is over. We are located in the family friendly beach town of Garden City. Located 1/2 mile north of Garden City pier, and two miles south of the Surfside Pier. There are stunning ocean and marsh views. Mornings can be spent on the balcony watching the gorgeous sunrise over the Atlantic ocean, while evenings you can watch sunsets over the marsh. Our condo is vacation ready with a fully stocked kitchen and has a family friendly layout for up to 5 guests.
