Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Mtskheta-Mtianeti

Salome is great host. We loved staying at their home. Her father in law was helpful and kind in instructing where to find things. It was a family trip for us and we were 5, but I believe their place can host more than that and I will think about if if we travel to Georgia again with my group of friends as well.

We've had a great BBQ party in the yard. The terrace on the third floor looks great, with a beautiful view of the surrounding hills. The owners were very nice and helpful.

This house is surrounded by mountains and forest, which is a huge plus for us because we love nature and beautiful views! It’s very quiet and peaceful, an ideal place to relax and enjoy nature, silence, and escape from the everyday hustle and bustle of the city. The house is extremely clean, everything is just as described, and it has all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Sandro is a very responsive, kind and hospitable host. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit, you will definitely be satisfied!

this has been the best airbmb experience I have had so far as a freauent traveler. Giorgi was absolutly amazing, great, reaponsive, helpful host who went above and beyond in every aspect, from flexible check in to his responsiveness within the shortes time period. have nothing but great things to say about giorgi as a host and the apartment felt like home. highly recommend and will deffinately be using again on my next trips.

Maka's place is amazing, you will not be disappointed. the property is beautiful, with a great yard with an outdoor bbq area that would be amazing for a group event. The home's decor is elegant and comfortable. The second floor deck/patio was a huge plus feature for me and my dog. There are 2-3 stores within a short <5 minute walk where you can get supplies and groceries. The house is a short ride from the center of the city, I never had trouble getting Bolt Delivery, or a Bolt ride when I wanted to go to the city center. Maka and her family are gracious and hospitable hosts. There is 1 bathroom (large shower, and toilet) connected via the kitchen, so that may be important to note if you have a larger group. I have rented many places, and I highly recommend Maka's place!

Георгий отличный хозяин. Организовал супер раннее заселение и несколько трансферов в аэропорт за моими гостями, которых я пригласил к нему на виллу. Помог с заказом экскурсии и доставкой вкуснейшей грузинской еды из ближайшего хорошего кафе. В общем, Георгий сделал для нас намного больше, чем просто гостеприимный хозяин, спасибо! :-)

Amazing place to stay! The host is very kind and helpful, he lives next door. The place is clean, cozy and beautiful, it has every amenity one would need. It's located uphill so the view is very good, there is also a binocular available. Keep in mind that there is no balcony. The location is very quiet and there were no problems with loud sounds from outside at all. If you happen to have a stereo audio with you, the room would be just phenomenal, because the ceiling is angled, there are a lot of soft stuff inside the room and it has wallpapers, which removes sound reflections

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Tbilisi! We were a group of five, and the apartment was spacious and comfortable with two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a large hall with cozy couches and a TV, and a hot water shower—everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location is fantastic, within walking distance to Liberty Square and many local attractions, shops, and restaurants. After our checkout, Maya kindly helped secure our luggage, which was a big help. Communication was seamless—Maya was always quick to respond and very helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Tbilisi!

Tolle Wohnung direkt in der Nähe der Oper. 12 Minuten zu Fuß zum Liberty Square und 9 Minuten zur Dry Bridge. Die Dekoration und Inneneinrichtung sind so besonders. Alles Bestens.

Very pretty apartment and very friendly people.

Great location for this appartment very well maintained! Despite it is in the heart of the old city, close to everything needed, it is incredibly quiet! (Except for the noise from the neighbors upstairs. Not bothering so much though). It was great to have our breakfasts on the terasse in the morning, with the great weather of this early June. Shade. Quietness. (And no mosquitos). The entrance/patio could be better organized/tidied for an added value though. Thanks again to Mariam and her mom for making our stay so enjoyable. Our advise: "Luca polare", not so far, for delicious croissants and/or ice creams. ;)

Great stay - very comfortable and well located

Это большой и уютный дом подходящий для 8-10 человек. В доме все сделано как для себя. Есть вся необходимая посуда, удобно расположенная зона барбекю, обеденная беседка и зона отдыха. Дом декорирован в традиционном Грузинском стиле, что создаёт прекрасную и уютную атмосферу. Добрые и отзывчивые хозяева все рассказали показали и были всегда на связи. Рекомендую!

We were looking for a getaway with our family far from the busy capital, so we booked sofia's place, located in saguramo under an hour from tbilisi center, the house is perfect, better than the pictures a real retreat, to relax and unwind completely while being enveloped by nature. Sofia and Oleg are amazing hosts they go the extra mile to welcome you, help you and make you feel like you are home. Thank you very much guys for everything we wish you all the best.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Tbilisi! The location was perfect—close to key attractions, great restaurants, and public transport. The apartment itself was spotless, stylishly decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, providing helpful local tips and ensuring I had a smooth experience from check-in to check-out. very good option for friends and big families that want private rooms and a pool! Joseph responded quick and brings anything that missing, even cleaning option available for that place and pool after a few days

A special and HUGE house with lots of personality and a good kitchen. Was a bit cold at night (in August) but we wore lots of layers and were warm.

Домик очень приятный, есть камин, посудомойка, стиральная машина. Отдыхали друзьями 13 человек, жарили шашлык, ходили в сауну, купались в бассейне. Все было хорошо. К сожалению нам не повезло с погодой, и в доме было холодно спать ночью. Мы выбрали подогреть бассейн (за дополнительную плату 300 лари) вместо того чтобы подогреть дом. Не знали, что подогревание бассейна будет за дополнительные деньги, и что на выбор будет либо теплый дом, либо теплый бассейн.

Roomy house for 2 families. Not much immediately nearby, but great access to highways for trips into Tbilisi or to other parts of Georgia. Good points: Illiya was super friendly, responsive, and helpful. There is a refreshing swimming pool and a full-size snooker table. The house has plenty of extra space to lounge on couches or the balcony. Fresh apples and peaches from the trees. There are even 2 tortoises that live in the yard. Great views on the surrounding valleys. Negative points: The highway connections are confusing and not convenient for all destinations (but that seems to be a characteristics of all Georgian roads; not just this location). U-turns and strange detours are needed even for nearby destinations. We visited in mid-summer and it was cool enough that no A/C was needed, but there is noise from the highways when the windows are open.

Wir hatten einen sehr tollen Aufenthalt für unsere Hochzeit mit unseren Familien und Freunden. Es ist ein wunderschönes Haus mit wunderschönem Ausblick um private Zeit mit den Geliebten zu verbringen. Ich würde es jederzeit jedem weiterempfehlen.
