Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Mtskheta-Mtianeti

Absolutely wonderful house. Everything is designed and laid out with such care, it really felt like a space people loved to spend time in and made cozy for themselves. Ridiculously well stocked kitchen — we didn't have to buy any spices or oil for the NYE dinner, anything we needed was in the pantry for us to use. Very portable and easy to use grill in the courtyard, too. The bedrooms were also amazingly cozy — I don't think I have had better sleep anywhere in all my life than in those beds. <3 The house is only about 15 minutes away (on foot) from Marjanishvili with its restaurants and shops and markets, and the rest of Tbilisi was easily accessible by metro. My only complaint — the water pressure in the bathroom was just enough for a shower, but a little weak for running a full bath (the water would cool by the time it filled up). Other than that, this house might be the best airbnb I've ever stayed at, and I would love to come again. <3

Natalia is a great host! Provided all the necessary info to easily find the house, check-in and check-out. Had an excellent experience staying there! Clean, warm house. Three bedrooms with own bathrooms and balconies. Has all the necessary things for a comfy stay. Outside there are a barbecue area and a hammock for chilling out.

One of the best thing of this place is a view above the town. A huge terrace, big windows and light clean house. Nice place for practicing out/inside. Comfortable bed) It’s easy to arrive here on a bus. Also you can have nice walk trip throw the Mtatsminda park or use a funicular for it. Nina is intentivly and friendly host. Thanks to her)

We had an amazing stay at this property! The house was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly nice and responsive, ensuring everything was perfect during our stay. When we had a small maintenance request, it was taken care of super quickly, which was really impressive. We highly recommend staying here – it made our trip so much more enjoyable!

One of best bnb stay we had as family within two dream wooden cottages, greenish yard, mountains, sky. Vano was proactive host. You cant get enough of this space, since sitting n viewing from each corner had its own design marvel at same time space was blending perfectly with vast panorama of nature. Perfect space for family ! Just awesome space!

We had a wonderful day! The pool, sauna and Jacuzzi were just magnificent. It was very pleasant to sit outside in the gazebo next to the barbecue. When it got cold, we lit the fireplace and happily warmed ourselves by the fire. Thank you for the warm welcome and hospitality!

It is the best place I have ever been to! The house is fully equipped for the family staying. The owner hosted us so nicely, she even prepared ice in the fridge and some fruits upon our arrival - that was extremely nice. It is also to have dinner outside with a big company, cook meet on fire. The pool was always clean! Amazing place with an amazing view on mountains and sunsets. Highly recommend it for longs stays.

Thank you for the being a great host and hostess, and for being very flexible and accommodating to tenants needs. Super great communication, response, and resolution of any problem or need. Additionally, for us tenenats who don't have a car or don't want to drive in Tbilisi, the reasonable charges of $50 dollar + 50 GEL fuel for a whole day tour/day trips/restaurants/shopping, late pickups...etc in your 7-8 seater van (50% discount) and the great personality and attitude. A much better value for new visitors to Tbilisi than renting a car.

A very beautiful and quiet place and the mountains surround you from all sides, and there is a village near you that has everything you need, the cottage is clean and warm, and the hosts are a friendly and cooperative family. I enjoyed staying there and I will repeat it

In stay you will experience the ultimate stay, I've to. Many destinations around the world and many units and sleep in but this unit is uniquely positioned. The host is super fast responsive, knowledgeable and helpful, while it gave you all what you need for an amazing stay. I've sat for two quite days, away from city noise and literally in the forest that surrounds you, it was cold during my stay and fire place saved the day, logs available for a month tho, we cooked our food since kitchen has what needed. I became a full timer rancher for two days, cut logs that a bit big instead of using small ones, cocks steak on the grill, sat on porch rest of day, while running fireplace while it is dark for warming. It is one of the best experiences we had me and wife ❤️

Thanks to dear Pavle and his wonderful home! This is a beautiful, clean, cozy, and very peaceful place. I would have happily stayed longer. It’s especially convenient that the house has two bedrooms, but spoiler alert: the panoramic bath automatically turns on the romantic mood! Easy to find by a car and chill!
