Vacation rentals with a pool in Mtskheta-Mtianeti

Naira was very hospitable and met us at the door. Gave us a wonderful recommendation where to eat. I would gladly stay here again.

We had a great time in this spacious and modern house. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The wifi was fast, all the appliances are in great condition. Beautiful view on Tbilisi from the top balcony. Just keep in mind that parking next to the house is only for one car and there is nearby temporary construction.

Lovely home, very cozy, wonderfully decorated and clean. There is everything needed for comfortable stay. Everything is made with love and care, even there are chilled stops in the freezer! :) Very quiet place, we had a great stay from the city and enjoyed sitting by the fire pit and playing badminton. We had a rest with the dog, she appreciates the trimmed lawn, on which you can roll at 10 out of 10 :) Thank you very much to the hostess for your hospitality and for prompt answers to our questions, we are very satisfied! If you are driving my car, be careful at the turn to the street with the house, there is a very steep descent from the road and you can hook the bottom of the car. Nothing critical, but just in case.

Very nice cottage, ideal for a few nights in Stepanminsda. The only downside is the absence of curtains in one of the bedrooms. The one in the East…

Good and comfortable apartment. Kirill was easy to communicate and responded very promptly to questions/messages. Check in was easy, although I've arrived one day before planned date Kirill managed to arrange everything within 2 hours before my arrival.

Wonderful view, very cozy and modern furnishings of the apartment, super nice staff and in the tower you will also find a very good sauna, steam bath and gym In addition, the host was very helpful and helped us very quickly with every single problem we had 🤝

Thank you for the early check in. House is luxurious and the crockery, has a beauty and the beast, vibe. Amazing view. Extremely clean. One washroom has a toilet + wash area, the other has, just a toilet. Huge space, looks smaller in the pictures. Nana was very responsive and replied immediately. There are 24 hrs small outlets for food, just at the entrance of the lane. Supermarkets, metro, bus stops are close by. The same building has a tennis court, a hotel, another hotel at the side, so there is always someone near the entrance, making it a safe place. We were 2 women and felt safe. Even got a grab at 2am to the airport .The lockbox is at the road level, right side to the steps, do not climb the stairs for that, It's the middle box, black and white in color and yellow once opened. The place had coffee, tea, towels, bath wash, shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrush, spices, sugar, iron. Will definitely book this place again. Was a good location, good host and an amazing house.

Great location, clean place and really well decorated, felt like staying in someone’s cosy home. Awesome balcony views as per pictures. One thing that didn’t work for us is that bedroom had queen bed with two single mattress that were both very soft and sinking, and so felt a bit uncomfortable to sleep.

We had a great time at Monica’s place. Apartment is huge and has absolutely everything what we needed for 8 days.

We had a great stay at the Gudauri Condo Atrium. The apartment was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed. The view from the balcony was beautiful, especially with the mountains all around. The location was perfect—close to the ski lifts and restaurants. The host Teona was friendly and quick to respond to any questions. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Gudauri!
