I spent 6 nights in La's accommodation and I must say that I had a great time! Very central area with everything you need within walking distance, even the Rustaveli Metro stop is a few minutes away by foot. The apartment is exactly as presented in the photos, very clean and very well maintained. Many thanks to La!! I can't say anything other than Highly Recommended!!.

Nice location with lots of beautiful places to walk nearby. The apartment was bright, clean, and had good furniture. The host was very kind and helpful — she answered our questions fast and fixed small problems quickly.

We had such a great stay at Bachana’s place! From the easy check in process, the great unit, and his help when there was a problem on our end, it was such a great stay :) the apartment is also in a great location, very central without being in a touristy/busy area at all! Paul's place is really beautifully done. It's nice and bright, high ceilings and big windows, and the terrace is really wonderful. Ideal for a coffee and a croissant (or a cocktail). There are fab restaurants and shops nearby, and a really good gelateria. The neighbourhood is quite upmarket, and feels very safe. One thing I will say for first-time visitors is that the entrance and hallway doesn't seem very welcoming. But it turns out this is the case in many buildings in Tbilisi, due to historical reasons. The apartment itself is a gem 💎

Everything was very nice. The house was as seen in the photos and was comfortable. The location of the house is also in a nice quiet place. We enjoyed our stay at Gvantsa and it was mostly as advertised, despite the problem with the water pressure and temperature. Very good location and communication with host was great!

Wonderful view, very cozy and modern furnishings of the apartment, super nice staff and in the tower you will also find a very good sauna, steam bath and gym In addition, the host was very helpful and helped us very quickly with every single problem we had 🤝

Thank you for the early check in. House is luxurious and the crockery, has a beauty and the beast, vibe. Amazing view. Extremely clean. One washroom has a toilet + wash area, the other has, just a toilet. Huge space, looks smaller in the pictures. Nana was very responsive and replied immediately. There are 24 hrs small outlets for food, just at the entrance of the lane. Supermarkets, metro, bus stops are close by. The same building has a tennis court, a hotel, another hotel at the side, so there is always someone near the entrance, making it a safe place. We were 2 women and felt safe. Even got a grab at 2am to the airport .The lockbox is at the road level, right side to the steps, do not climb the stairs for that, It's the middle box, black and white in color and yellow once opened. The place had coffee, tea, towels, bath wash, shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrush, spices, sugar, iron. Will definitely book this place again. Was a good location, good host and an amazing house.

Great location, clean place and really well decorated, felt like staying in someone’s cosy home. Awesome balcony views as per pictures. One thing that didn’t work for us is that bedroom had queen bed with two single mattress that were both very soft and sinking, and so felt a bit uncomfortable to sleep.

We had a great time at Monica’s place. Apartment is huge and has absolutely everything what we needed for 8 days.

We had a great stay at the Gudauri Condo Atrium. The apartment was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed. The view from the balcony was beautiful, especially with the mountains all around. The location was perfect—close to the ski lifts and restaurants. The host Teona was friendly and quick to respond to any questions. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Gudauri!
