Very good place the owner is very nice and always available, the apartment is very nice and clean .the only thing is that when there is not a lot of snow you can’t ski in to the apartments because it’s all rocks and mud.

Had a great stay here, even extended my time, it has a really nice balcony and is close to public transport, it's can get noisy with traffic late. The bed is very comfortable.

Very Nice Apartment with good kitchen. Good bed and nice bathroom. You have a cool view over tbilisi and the Fridge is big. We stayed for 1 month and had a very good time. Only Downside is the completely bad internet. Don’t expect any more than whatsapp from it and if you plan to work just buy a magti simcard and buy 1 week unlimited for 7 Lari which is basically nothing. In Total i would always come back to this place!

We arrived early morning, and we got into our room without waiting till 11.00, it was surprisingly nice. The staff is really helpful, they do their best to cover all your requests.

The place is exactly like the photos, everything is clean, all the amenities are there and more. The style of the room and the hallway is impeccable, they thought of everything from design to comfort. The only thing I can note is that the blinds/curtains aren't blackout, so there is a bit of light in the morning, but it might be just the specific room I was in and shouldn't be an issue if a bit of light doesn't bother you. Andro is very responsive and friendly. Definitely will be back again!

Great place, great view

Everything was very clean, the accommodation is right next to the center, you can easily walk around the city, there are markets very close by. There is also a mall nearby and it is also close to the city center and the old city. The homeowner was very polite, he helped us a lot and got back to us quickly whenever we called and wrote. There was nothing we didn't like, the house was very warm, calm and natural, regardless of being downstairs. If we come again, we will definitely choose this apartment, there will be a notebook and notes at the entrance of the apartment to help you, you should definitely read it, thank you for all

Nice place and very clean. Also, the location is good and all the family are friendly and helpful. The have excellent amenities( washing machine , coffee and tea).

Room as described and in a good location for a good price. Bathroom looked a bit worn, but nothing major and for the price it was still a 5-star experience. Location is not in the most touristy part of Tbilisi but rather my favorite neighborhood of Vera. I definitely recommend staying here

Nice place, responsive host

This boutique hotel became our second home in Tbilisi. We loved everything there, from helpful hosts and welcoming guests to location and facilities around. We decided to extend our stay for 1 more month (because weather is perfect over 20 C during October/November) and while being still at the Hotel leaving this review. It's a lovely place without a doubt fulfilled all our wishes. Thank you Tamuna and her family for everything!

My stay at this place was great. The room was clean, and I appreciated that it was kept that way with weekly cleanings. Even though the space was relatively small, it had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to public transport and many of the main sights, which made getting around super easy. The host was also very helpful and always quick to respond to any questions I had. Would definitely recommend!
