Vacation rentals with lake access in Mount Dora

When we first walked in, the smell of the barnyard wood was so nice. The house was clutter free and they left a cute welcome sign for our family on the refrigerator. The kids (and admittedly us parents too 😃 ) loved the game room. We spent hours playing against each other. The bonus was when we went to bed and found out the bed was one of those electronic adjustable beds! The layout was perfect for our family. Our oldest son got to be in his own room while parents took the room connected to the one with bunkbeds for our younger son. We had privacy but were close enough to our little one for any night time needs. Thanks again for your hospitality, we will be wanting to book again in the future for sure!

We enjoyed our stay very much. the boat slip was handy. The backyard was comfortable and quiet.

This home was a great find for our family vacation! We loved the location and just the home itself was very relaxing, it made it feel like we were home! My boys both have special needs, and Haydee was very accommodating to their needs! Their favorite part was the pool of course!! This home is a must! You won't be disappointed at all!!! 10/10 hands down!! Can't wait to book with Haydee again in the future!! 😊

This was an amazing home, it honestly was my pinterest board come to life and felt like I was living in my dream home for a few days. Everything was pretty clean, this place is great for families or group trips - we stayed here for our wedding weekend with bridal and groom party. We enjoyed the area and even took the bikes for a ride by the lake which was really nice, perfect place if you just want to relax and if you want to go out nearby it’s only 15 to 20 minutes away to the nearest town center. Kylie was an amazing host, she was very responsive and we all enjoyed our stay.

We have stayed at this same house a few times when in the area for one of our bass tournaments. Always enjoy staying here and will again when were back up that way for another event!

Beautiful lake views! We stayed mid-May for a week. One of the reasons we chose Patsy's listing was for the boat dock. We brought our pontoon with us and tied it to the private dock. Every morning and every evening, we went out on the boat to fish, drive around the lakes, and even docked at a couple of restaurants. Bring a good camera - the sunrises and moonrises are incredible. The sunsets are gorgeous too from out on the lake. For the warm months, bring a few glass patio torches for the bugs because you will want to sit out on the patio. The house has everything you need, and we very much enjoyed our stay. P.S. Yes, we saw alligators every night from the patio! Most of the time they swam between the neighbor's dock and ours, like it was their gathering spot in the evenings.

I had the honor of hosting a girls night in for my best friends wedding here! It was an amazing get away and the views really blew the bride away, she felt so at ease and so grateful for such a beautiful place to stay! Would come back again!

This was a great set up especially with kids & boats. The beach and swing were a big hit with the kids!

We’ve been here twice and are already looking forward to a third time, whether that be here or at their latest next door option!

I hate to leave such a great review because I love this place and want it all to myself 😁 All joking aside this is one of my favorite places to stay in Clermont. Stocked with everything needed, great location, quiet. Cant wait to come back

This place was clean, surprisingly spacious and perfect for our family of 5. Really close to the parks, and the community of legacy dunes was really nice. Getting in and out of the gate was a breeze. We would totally stay here again.

We had a great time in the apartment. It was spacious, well equipped and close to the pools, which the kids enjoyed a lot. Any issues we had (like forgetting the code to enter…:)), Justin answered and helped us immediately.

We really enjoyed our 3-day stay at Serendipity! It was the perfect place to relax, do some fishing and go paddling in search of the local wildlife. During our stay we did venture out and found a local flea market at the Citrus County fairgrounds, and also visited a local winery, Sparacia & Witherell Winery, that was only 20 minutes away. We had a great time sampling their wines and taking in the beautiful view! As we were packing to go home, we both thought it would be nice to stay a week here, as it is a great place to simply get away and relax alone or with your family and your fur babies are welcome too! We loved staying here almost a week while visiting relatives in the area. Great, family-friendly place and we made use of the swimming area (very clear water for a lake), paddleboards, and kayaks--our kids loved it! House was clean and everything we needed. We spent a lot of time on the back screened porch too--looking over the beautiful lake, and very private. Heather was communicative and friendly--we'd love to come back next time we're in the area!

This was a last minute trip and I was so grateful for the opportunity to stay there! I would book again!

I had a wonderful stay here with my boyfriend. It’s a bit secluded which I saw some people complain about in reviews but what they fail to mention is that the hosts’ house is is around 200 feet away and there’s a second airbnb directly next to this one. It’s along a dirt road, yes, but there are still other people in the area. The lake and land are beautiful and there are some chairs and a table on the porch of the cottage where you can sit and enjoy the sunrise. Check in was easy, quick, and required no face-to-face social interaction (something I enjoy not needing to do). The AC works well and is quick to respond to your inputs. The bed is comfortable and there is a very roomy closet that you can keep your luggage in. You can walk straight to the watersports complex right out the door of the cottage. This stay was extremely affordable and I am so lucky that I found it and was able to snag a few nights! I enjoyed my stay so much, and so did my boyfriend. Highly recommend!

This place was spectacular. Sometimes with an air b and b experience, you hope the place is as pleasant as the pictures. This was such a wonderful surprise. Immediately it felt cozy and peaceful, surrounded by nature, wood and botanical details everywhere. But it surpassed that - Every detail of this place had been touched with diligent character, you immediately recognized the owners of this place genuinely cared down to the last morsel of decorations, plates, games and books. Nothing was forgotten. I HIGHLY recommend paying for the extra amenities which made our stay incredible; we booked an extra day just to relax and absorb the relaxation. It was one of the best parts of my trip to Orlando. I cannot speak highly enough about this place, I feel like we’ve found a rare gem in the business of air b and b’s. I cannot wait to book our next stay. This place made you fall in love with Orlando and treating yourself to a hidden oasis away from the modern rat race. INCREDIBLE!

“Peaceful” Bernadette place is perfect to unwind. Especially if you like to fish, it’s within steps from the cottage with its own private deck that’s surrounded by big Cypress Trees that provide lots of shade while you fish or just want to kick your shoes off and relax. The cottage was super cozy and clean the perfect setup to relax from every day busyness. Will definitely come back!
