Great house in the Villages close to many great restaurants. I loved the ability to swim in a private beautiful pool every morning. I highly recommend!

this home was exactly what I had been looking for... somewhere with all the bedrooms for adults, a private pool, and a quiet neighborhood. it was perfect for "working from home" (or working from the pool), and still being able to make a Disney outing midweek. the place is extremely cozy and looks like the pictures promise. the beds are heavenly and great for recuperating after days in the heat/sun. we really hope to come back soon!

Was a perfect house for my friends and I to relax at after each day of exploring the area. Quiet neighborhood and the pool was very relaxing.

All I can say is REVIEWS MATTER! Everything was wonderful, the photos were so accurate, we literally felt like we stayed in a mansion for our family vacation. We traveled as a multi-generational family and there was something for everyone. If we wanted to we could have literally stayed at the property and had everything we needed to occupy everyone!! Michael is a 10/10! He was incredible responsive, helpful, explained things proactively before I could even think of a question on something. He was kind and accommodating with every ask we had. We arrived to a personal card and welcome gift which just started us off on the right foot and made us feel appreciated. He truly was the icing to a great stay. We without hesitation would come back to this property or stay with Michael at any of his other listing's just because he was that great. Reviews matter, this place is worth it!

Good location with a pool! Easy access to highways. Yohana was very informative and responsive! Pool toys and towels were a great bonus! Everything we needed for our stay.

Rented the home for my daughter's pre-wedding trip. We used to live in Sanford, so very familiar with the area. Great location between the beaches and theme parks. Lots of good local shopping and restaurants as well. The home had everything we were looking for. Very cozy, great amenities, and private. Would definitely rent this home again.

My family and I were very happy with Jameson’s place! It was clean, well appointed, spacious, and the pool and outside patio are a great place for a family to congregate. I only wish that we could have stayed there longer. We visit Orlando annually as we have family in the area and look forward to staying here again in the future! Also, the host was very friendly, accommodating, and responsive.

The Clara Cottage is a spacious, clean and well decorated property. It is a 20 minute walk to downtown Mt Dora and all Mt Dora has to offer. We have stayed in Mt Dora many times, for the local stores, cuisine and the beautiful water ways. Talia and Gabi were both very responsive & helpful with any queries we had. If you’re looking for a peaceful, secluded getaway that’s close to multiple natural springs—but just far enough from the hustle and bustle of Orlando—this is the place for you! Jose’s place truly checks all the boxes. The sunset views from the hot tub overlooking Crystal Lake are absolutely breathtaking. Having kayaks right on site made it so easy to get out on the water and completely disconnect for a while. If you’re curious about what “Orlando North” has to offer, I highly recommend booking a stay here. You won’t be disappointed!

Our little family of three thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Three year old was happy with his pullout bed in the living room, watching his shows in the morning before our adventures during the day. It was perfectly peaceful. Watching the gators in the bay from the dock and just enjoying the surroundings, lounging in the shade was this tired momma's favorite part. Accessible to many restaurants and lots of nature parks and trails around. Our hosts were very friendly; the space had all the basic household items necessary for preparing vacation snacks and quick meals. We plan to be back!

Gabi is a very nice, professional, and pleasant communicator. The house is historic, charming, and pretty large. Nothing boring about it. It was a great stay and Gabi is top of the top.

My husband and I were in the area for a Jr. EYBL basketball tournament for my son. We stayed in the house along with 2 other families and their boys. It was PERFECT!!! So spacious, clean, and well equipped. The lake view was incredibly beautiful! The patio was a nice space for the boys to hang out between games. There were tons of board and card games to keep them busy. There was a nice office space that one of the dads used daily since he had some work to do. The beds were big and so comfortable! I loved the MIL house. It was well furnished and spacious as well. Great for the early to bed people… ME! Richard and Braden were very nice and allowed us a late checkout since our game was a little later on Sunday. I had only 1 question while there and I got a quick response. We have traveled a lot together and everyone agreed this is definitely in our top houses and we’ve stayed in and if ever in the area again, we will be back!

It was a truly amazing home inside and outside. We were able to enjoy the Jacuzzi and even sit out on the patio in the middle of a hot Florida afternoon thanks to the beautifully shaded patio with very good ceiling fans. Everything was clean and nicely labeled. The bedrooms were quite cozy. And our only slight concern was that the queen in the master bedroom was a bit too cozy and not quite a queen.

Great place! Dan was super fast to reply to any message, and personally came by to fix something we brought to their attention! Definitely will look to see if The Acorn is available our next trip in to Eustis!

Misty and Steve were wonderful! Very helpful and friendly. The place was cute and so convenient to the historic downtown area. We came into town for a regatta and the location was perfect! The house was very clean and organized. I would stay here again if I came back to town!

We stayed at Slaven’s several times and really enjoy the house and location. Our daughter attends Beacon College and Peace and Quiet’s location is very convenient.

Beautiful lake views! We stayed mid-May for a week. One of the reasons we chose Patsy's listing was for the boat dock. We brought our pontoon with us and tied it to the private dock. Every morning and every evening, we went out on the boat to fish, drive around the lakes, and even docked at a couple of restaurants. Bring a good camera - the sunrises and moonrises are incredible. The sunsets are gorgeous too from out on the lake. For the warm months, bring a few glass patio torches for the bugs because you will want to sit out on the patio. The house has everything you need, and we very much enjoyed our stay. P.S. Yes, we saw alligators every night from the patio! Most of the time they swam between the neighbor's dock and ours, like it was their gathering spot in the evenings.

Super cute, cozy, cottage vibes. Great location, 2 minute drive to downtown Mt. Dora and 25 minute drive to King’s Landing. Rachel is very responsive and has all amenities needed.
