We spent New Year’s Eve in Beatrix’s villa in Vienna and we had an amazing time. We used 3 of the 4 bedrooms and we had everything we needed. The place is very clean, private and close to several bus lines that took us to Ottakring Subway Station. All in all we had a great vacation in Vienna.

I had a wonderful time with my kids and our dogs. It is private, completely remote location in the middle of the forest. A place to relax and enjoy nature!

Super nice, very clean place. Great location, sauna, hot tub, trampoline, barbecue area - wood 🪵 dartboard… everything there!! We lacked nothing. Thanks to Eva and Marco for the warm welcome. Bottle of sparkling wine with welcome letter 🫶🏻Marco and Eva were always available and have furnished the house with a lot of love. Coffee beans included and also many spices in the kitchen. Never experienced it yet. Sufficient towels - bathrobes - plenty of storage space. Absolute recommendation for great relaxing holidays in Austria🫶🏻 Top hosts!! We were absolutely delighted! Everything was so beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully arranged down to the smallest detail — you can really tell that the place was designed with the comfort of guests in mind. We had such a great time: grilled some delicious barbecue, enjoyed the peaceful surroundings, and the kids had a blast swimming in the pool. It was the perfect mix of relaxation and fun. We’d love to come back again!

I would especially like to highlight the hospitality of the owner – very friendly and took excellent care of everything. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back. It is a very tastefully furnished house with a very well equipped kitchen and beautiful bedrooms. The location is a little remote, but you have a fantastic view over Vienna. The bus can also be reached in 5 minutes. We celebrated our family Christmas at Daniela's house and she provided us with her Christmas decorations. It was a fantastic stay that we very much enjoyed. The house offers plenty of space and coziness for a relaxed family gathering.

We spent a week in the beautiful villa at the beginning of June 2025. The place is really very large, very high quality and individually/artistically equipped. There are numerous ways to relax in the garden, by the pool, on the terrace, on the balcony or in the winter garden. Everything is also available in the kitchen. The landscape is an absolute dream, right outside the front door there is beautiful nature (meadows, forests, mountains). You can hike and ride MTB excellently (very many trails -> absolute highlight :-)). There are also many "normal" bike paths where you can relax and ride to Mödling (10 min) or Vienna (about 60 min). By car, you can easily reach Vienna city center in about 30 minutes. Also super easy by train from Mödling. There are two supermarkets very close by. Communication with the landlords was impeccable, they are very friendly and helpful. Electric charging station for cars just 100 meters away.
