Very welcoming and lovely host and family. The room was incredible and the amenities were outstanding. Rajarshi was always available to help me if I needed and was extremely polite. I’d highly recommend the location to anyone.

We loved our stay here! Sarah and Simon are very sweet hosts and they had lots of good tips for exploring the area. The room was absolutely lovely and very clean. You have easy access to public transport and can also take beautiful walks through the leafy park. We will be staying here again when we return to London in the future!

Josephine and Richard are truly wonderful hosts. They respected my privacy while also being incredibly helpful with my tour planning. I felt completely relaxed—almost as if I were their daughter. Meeting such amazing hosts was one of the highlights of my trip to London. When I return to London, I’m sure I’ll stay with Josephine again!

This residence was something very special. The host has created one of the best quality residential experiences in Kingston. The layout of the apartment was brilliant. Everything was spotless. The shower and bathroom were well stocked with everything I needed. The kitchen was supplied with high grade cooking facilities & every utensil required for a very comfortable stay. A convenient location, 10 mins walk from the station. This was a clean, quiet and peaceful street with free parking and lots of pleasant parks nearby.

I loved staying at Maite’s. Her home was beautiful and clean with a comfortable bed and hot shower. I appreciated being able to cook my own meals in her amazing kitchen and she was so generous with letting me sample her delicious cooking! I highly recommend staying here.

I didn't expect it to be a house with rooms but it was ok, the people who were there were kind, the host responded to me very attentively, I would come back, it was a good stay

It was my first time staying with a host and Esther immediately me feel very welcome in her lovely home. She is warm, kind and friendly . She made me feel right at home and provided all the necessary things which made it a comfortable me stay. Her dog, Ellie, is lovely, calm and friendly and it was a pleasure staying in Esther’s home. The free on street parking came in really handy. Would highly recommend.

George and Michelle have such a beautiful space! The little studio is the perfect size and has everything! They are extremely accommodating and communication was super easy! Also only a 5-10 minute walk to the shops and train station so the location is perfect Will definitely be staying here again

100% recommend this apartment. It’s very spacious. Heaps of natural light. And very well set up for families. We had everything we needed and we felt like we lived in London for a week. 14 min walk to the station. We just loved it. We also had stunning weather and fresh air from the apartment - simply very very comfortable. Great communicative hosts also. Very very easy check in. Our kids love it too.

This is the most beautiful apartment. So clean and fresh and not a single thing I could fault about it. We had a great stay, very comfortable and safe. The parking is easy and an added bonus, the apartment is exactly as the pictures and of very high quality. The welcome supplies were very much appreciated after a long journey. We didn’t eat locally as we were visiting my daughter in nearby Surbiton, but there are many places to eat and drink on the doorstep. We had a wonderful stay. Book with confidence. We stayed for 2 nights with our 2 young children and we felt at home straight away. The flat is very comfortable and clean with easy access to the bus that we got to Morden tube station and straight into Central London. Natalie was extremely helpful and always quick to respond to every message. We would definitely recommend her flat to anyone.

The apartment was immaculately clean, stylishly decorated, and spacious - it had everything we needed! Justyna was super responsive and made sure we felt right at home. The location was fantastic - it was an easy to get around from there with many bus routes and I had no problem taking my son to nursery as it was close by. The amenities were also top-notch. Having a really good washing machine was key for me as my kids make a lot of mess. My kids absolutely loved it, and it was a huge relief to have a comfortable and convenient spot for our family. Plus, it was so easy to relax and unwind in the space. And if we needed anything, Justyna was always just a message away - super easy to get a hold of and very accommodating. What really made it special was that my kids were able to unwind and have some much-needed space, especially since we're currently living with relatives and space has been tight. It was the perfect getaway for us, and we're so grateful for the break. I highly recommend.

We had a great stay for the weekend. The place was big (actually much bigger than the pictures I thought), super clean and really well stocked. The location was perfect, just up the road from the station, close to shops, restaurants and pubs. The kitchen was great and was fully stocked with all kitchen utensils meaning we could cook dinner on one of the nights we stayed. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay again. The perfect location to visit London without being in too deep. A ten minute walk to Wimbledon underground with great food nearby, in a private studio. The AirBnB itself was lovely - well decorated and as the photos suggested, it was the right choice for our weekend away. The host was friendly and informative throughout, couldn't say a bad word against the host or studio if I tried.

Our second stay at Deborah's and even better than we remembered. There is everything you need and Deborah is very quick to respond to any questions. It's an easy 5 minute walk to the centre of Kingston and 2 minutes to the Thames and parking on the drive is a real bonus. The bathroom is well equipped and the large bedroom has a very comfortable bed. The sitting room has a comfy settee and dining table. The flat is airy because of all the opening windows and has shutters and ceiling fans to keep it cool. I can thoroughly recommend.

Stuart’s house was lovely. We enjoyed having the whole space to ourselves. The tea, coffee, cookies etc was a nice welcome. The kitchen is well equipped and it was great being able to cook breakfast before setting out for the day. Stuart was also extremely responsive and was very kind in storing our luggage for a whole week while we travelled out of London. We would highly recommend this space. Thanks Stuart!

Beautiful, spacious, comfortable. In a gorgeous location. The spot was easily walkable to restaurants, two places of interests and to local transportation as well as grocery and other shopping. Peter was extremely helpful, readily available. He and his lovely spot were a delight.

Maria was excellent, very responsive, great place. Not much light in the place because it’s right on the street, but if you don’t mind that, it’s perfect for a short stay.

This is an absolute gem of a place and location, with views right across the Darent Valley. I only wish we could have stayed longer! The place was spotless and everything had been perfectly prepared and very well thought through (from the local hand-drawn maps right down to the vast array of toiletries on offer). I can't think of a single thing to change or improve about the place. Diana was a lovely host and provided a lot of information prior to arrival. She had also found some suggestions of activities for us tailored to our interests, which was frankly above and beyond. We were very grateful and it was clear a lot of thought had been put in prior to our arrival. I could carry on for pages but in summary, we have already recommend the place to family and friends and we be pleased to offer our recommendation here too.
