We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this beautiful home! The house is on a pretty street in the quiet, leafy area of Barnes. It's an easy & quick to walk to the overground station and to all the lovely cafes and restaurants nearby. The garden is pretty and a great retreat for a wine or breakfast & feels quite private - a rarity in London. The house has been refurbished & designed beautifully, it's a treat to return to after a day out in London. Sarah has thought of everything you may need & can even organise a parking permit if you have a car - we got a space right outside each day. If you're thinking about a stay around SW London I'd choose this one. We look forward to staying again.

The location was ideal—close to public transport, shops, and great local restaurants, yet tucked away enough to be quiet and relaxing. The house was spotlessly clean, stylish, and very well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was super comfy, and I really appreciated the thoughtful touches such as toiletries etc. Check-in was seamless, and the host was super friendly, responsive, and very helpful throughout. Whether you’re in Surrey / London for work or leisure, I highly recommend this place—it’s a real gem. I’d definitely stay again Many thanks guys.

I had a truly wonderful stay at this beautiful home. The house was absolutely perfect—spotlessly clean, thoughtfully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. I was especially touched by the extra care taken to prepare for my son’s stay: a high chair, cot bed, and even some lovely toys were all thoughtfully provided, which made a big difference for us as a family. The garden was a peaceful haven and perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or letting my little one play. The location is ideal for a longer stay, with easy access to nearby attractions for day trips—and even London is not too far away. Every detail in the home showed how much the host cares about the guests’ comfort. It truly felt like a home away from home. I’m so grateful for the warm hospitality and would love to come back again!

We stayed for 3 days 2 nights with a few friends and their kids. We occupied the 5 rooms. The house had soul and felt cozy. Lots of quirky decorations and treasures that the kids were keen to explore. The house had everything we wanted for a nice get together in terms of kitchen equipment, space and facilities. David was extremely responsive when we asked question and everything was taken care of before our stay anyway. The house was squeaky clean, spacious and welcoming. It is 10 to 15 minute walk from the station. Hampton Court and Richmond Park are within walking distance. I would definitely recommend this house if you want to stay a bit outside Central London while still being close enough for a day trip.

We had a fantastic stay at Little Lovelands. It was very easy to find and the location has local amenities nearby. The living room/ kitchen area provides a fantastic space for socialising. The garden is beautiful and private with a hot tub to enjoy. The cinema room is impressive! And it is great that all rooms have en suit bathrooms for privacy.

Our second visit and we experienced the same high standards. The space was spotless and comfortable with everything we could need for a perfect stay. Humans and pets happy were with their treats once again! Our host went above and beyond with clear communication and genuine hospitality. As we have family in the area, I'm sure we'll be back!

The flat is in walking distance to a lot of places including Greenwich and close to bus and train services. it is close to a plethora of cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. Antonio was responsive to any questions that I had during and before my stay within a short time. The flat is near to my family, so I'll definitely keep him in mind for future stays. A little gem of a place! Don't let the exterior fool you! It's homely, peaceful and just a home from home once you are through the door with a cuppa in hand and slumped on the sofa! I could of hapilt stayed for weeks! The flat is within walking distance to Battersea Park (5 minute walk) and Chelsea (15-20 minute walk) which was perfect for my solo trip to see Chelsea in bloom. There are some great free parking spots local to the flat which is great if you plan on coming by car! The area felt safe and welcoming and I had no issues walking to and from the flat even quite late at night. The bus stop is round the corner and takes you to all the great spots in central London! The highlights from my stay were being welcomed by a beautiful bottle of red wine, the amazing shower that I struggled to get out of as it was just so relaxing and the ambience of busy London in the background whilst I read my book next to the fire wrapped in a blanket! I will definitely be back!

The place was incredible and Adam was so friendly and helpful! The instructions left for the hot tub were extremely clear and we had no issues getting it heated. The property is gorgeous and the inclusion of the swimming lake really made the stay. Adam went above and beyond to help out, picking us up from the train station and kindly allowing us to use the lake after check out. Definitely recommend!

Thank you Sabreena. We had an amazing time in Forest Hill. It was the perfect mix of city and rest and relaxation. It is a really easy walk to the station to get into central London. However the local restaurants are also really good. The house is so spacious, with comfy beds and a great shower. The parking space was also a real plus for the area. We had 5 perfect days in London at Biancas. The flat is newly renovated, spotlessly clean and exactly as described. We were particularly pleased about the coffee machine with capsules. The location is very well connected, with breakfast options nearby. Bianca was always available, friendly and helpful - electricity adapter, thinner blanket and even did the washing when the machine broke down (a new one has been ordered). Quietly located on the top floor, accessible via a shared staircase. You are completely independent and have everything you need. The bed was very comfortable, everything furnished with love. Check-in/check-out went smoothly. A highlight: Brian the dog - totally cute! We would recommend the apartment to anyone who wants to explore London and doesn't have a problem with a few steps. We had some weddings in the Redhill/Surrey area and this flat was easy to get to, spacious and had a very communicative host. Close to stations and some walkable outdoor spaces as well. It has all the basics needed.

Outstanding Host! My experience with Joana was exceptional from start to finish. She went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly for my parents’ stay. Communication was clear, prompt, and thoughtful — she was always available to answer questions, assist with parking arrangements. She helped us sort out parking permits and payment issues with patience and kindness, which really made things less stressful during a busy wedding trip. Joana’s attention to detail, like letting my parents use her kitchen spices, truly reflected her care as a host. I had the pleasure of staying in a fantastic apartment during my trip to London, and I can’t recommend it highly enough! The apartment was cozy, quiet, and offered a wonderful sense of privacy, making it the perfect retreat after a day of exploring the city. One of the standout features was the natural and bright lighting throughout the space. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring that I had restful nights – an absolute must for anyone looking to recharge during their travels. The apartment was fully equipped with everything needed for cooking, and I appreciated having access to a good washing machine, making my stay even more convenient. Our host Nicola was incredibly nice and responsive. Overall, I highly recommend this wonderful apartment!

We just came back from a super stay in Putney. The apartment is beautifully designed and spotlessly clean . Really well stocked kitchen and entertainment! My daughters loved the arcade game, the PS5 and the hot tub! I wouldn’t hesitate in booking this place. Great hosts and communication too 😊

My grandchildren and I very much enjoyed our stay on the houseboat. It was very comfortable and a novel experience. We enjoyed the calm of life on the water but within in easy access of all we wanted to experience in London. Thank you to James and Pam

Owners so friendly and accommodating, offered to let us drop our bags at the property prior to check in, so that we could tour London which I thought was incredibly sweet! Perfect location for us and felt like home, will defiantly be staying again next time I’m in London! 5***** from us!

Gina's flat is very well-located for exploring Kingston (and beyond!) on foot, by bus and by train. We know the area and chose the flat mainly for its position. We loved the views and being on the top floor made it very quiet. The flat is very comfortable and had plenty of space for us (two adults and two children). Gina and Dan were great with their communication; explaining everything clearly and messaging to make sure everything was how we wanted to it to be. Great tips about the Greek restaurant opposite the flat and about parking at Norbiton station. Thank you- we loved staying in the flat and would definitely recommend it to other people. We hope to stay there again when we next come to Kingston.
