Rare aux Arcs, quiet, charm and change of scenery for this apartment with terrace and garden in a terraced wooden chalet. To be practiced in winter, but also in summer or off-season. The chalet is accessible by ski by the blue slope of the Bois de Saule which connects Arc 1600 to the intermediate train station of the funicular. Numerous hiking trails accessible directly from the chalet. Direct access to the enduro "La 8" mountain bike track that descends from Arc 1600 to Bourg-Saint-Maurice. 800 m elevation gain!

In the very center of La ROSIERE, Residence Le Belvedere, next to ski lifts (the closest one is 150m walk and Rocher Noir is 450m walk), return on ski. Newly renovated (December 2024 by my partner and me ) duplex of almost 40 m² with very cosy and design touch, incredible views. It is south/west facing & provides breathtaking sunsets. Located next to shops and restaurants. Only 30 metres aways is: ski shop Intersport, bakery & cheese shop. No car needed during your stay. Ideal for 4-5 people.

Return to nature, to quiete place and to authenticity!!! Since this cocoon, South facing, you will benefit an exceptional panoramic view to take the breath away (see all comments:). Ideal to leave directly for ski touring since the terrace towards the snowy summits. He is located 100 meters away from the village Boudin (road of col du Pré), of the main road and in 3 kilometers away from Areches. On Wednesday, July 18th, the Tour de France will pass in front of the chalet!!!

27 m2 mezzanine studio for 4 people (ideal for 2 adults and 2 children). Located on the 3rd and top floor, in the Chavonnes Hautes district. The apartment is very close to the slopes (approx. 100 m from Roche Noire) and skiing back on your feet is possible in winter depending on snow conditions. Beautiful balcony view and unforgettable sunsets. Quiet guaranteed (little traffic). The Galopins club is about 150 meters away, as is the ESF. Station center is a 3-minute walk.
