Rare aux Arcs, quiet, charm and change of scenery for this apartment with terrace and garden in a terraced wooden chalet. To be practiced in winter, but also in summer or off-season. The chalet is accessible by ski by the blue slope of the Bois de Saule which connects Arc 1600 to the intermediate train station of the funicular. Numerous hiking trails accessible directly from the chalet. Direct access to the enduro "La 8" mountain bike track that descends from Arc 1600 to Bourg-Saint-Maurice. 800 m elevation gain!

Studio of 21m ² located in the center of the village of La Rosière, with access to the slopes. With a small balcony facing north, quiet with a view on the slopes. Equipped kitchen, bathroom with separate toilet. Private ski locker available in the residence 1 sofa bed, 1 bunk bed and 1 mezzanine. 27 m2 mezzanine studio for 4 people (ideal for 2 adults and 2 children). Located on the 3rd and top floor, in the Chavonnes Hautes district. The apartment is very close to the slopes (approx. 100 m from Roche Noire) and skiing back on your feet is possible in winter depending on snow conditions. Beautiful balcony view and unforgettable sunsets. Quiet guaranteed (little traffic). The Galopins club is about 150 meters away, as is the ESF. Station center is a 3-minute walk.

The chalet is located in a small hamlet, 10 minutes' drive from the La Rosière resort – free shuttle for children a 5-minute walk away – which shares its ski area between France and Italy. Located in a small hamlet and on the top floor of our house, this studio offers a stay in the mountains in calm and serenity. You have a large space to rest after an active day or simply enjoy the setting, but be careful not to bump your head on the beam (1.70 m) Parking is available along the road and access to the house is via a 70 m steep path. Station 9 km away by shuttle or car, with stunning views of the Tarentaise Valley.

Small cozy accommodation of about 25 m2, for 2 guests maximum (1 SINGLE BED, 140 double bed) located in the mountains at 1300 m altitude south slope. The view and the calm will certainly rejuvenate you! 15 minutes from Bourg Saint Maurice, 10 minutes from La Rosière. Close to Italy and the Vanoise National Park. Great for hikers and cyclists. We speak English and Spanish . This home is not suitable for children or infants.
