Newly renovated (December 2024 by my partner and me ) duplex of almost 40 m² with very cosy and design touch, incredible views. It is south/west facing & provides breathtaking sunsets. Located next to shops and restaurants. Only 30 metres aways is: ski shop Intersport, bakery & cheese shop. No car needed during your stay. Ideal for 4-5 people.

Comfortable apartment completely renovated 50 m² for 4 people, south facing, ideally located in the center of the resort. It is just across the street from the shops and 70 m from the slopes. (Ski rental store in the building) It's very close to Italy! Discover the La Thuile ski area in winter (accessible by ski from La Rosière) and beautiful hikes in summer, about 15 minutes by car.

You can enjoy a multitude of activities in La Rosière, discover the charm of the Alpine villages and enjoy its privileged sunshine as well as its direct connection with Italy.

Small cozy home facing the mountains

Small cozy accommodation of about 25 m2, for a maximum of 2 guests (1 SINGLE BED, double bed of 140) located in the mountains at an altitude of 1300 m on the south side. The view and the calm will certainly rejuvenate you! 15 minutes from Bourg Saint Maurice, 10 minutes from La Rosière. Close to Italy and Vanoise National Park. Great for hikers and cyclists. We speak English and Spanish. This space is not suitable for children or infants.

Large 36 m² studio, top floor, mountain hamlets

Located in a small hamlet and on the top floor of our house, this studio offers a stay in the mountains in calm and serenity. You have a large space to rest after an active day or simply enjoy the setting, but be careful not to bump your head on the beam (1.70 m) Parking is available along the road and access to the house is via a 70 m steep path. Station 9 km away by shuttle or car, with stunning views of the Tarentaise Valley.

The chalet Marron was our former home so is set up to be very comfortable and is very well equipped. 3 spacious en suite bedrooms , and a mezzanine with shower room that sleeps5/ 6. Flexible bedding arrangements to accommodate your group. Beds made on arrival . Easy access by free navette to Sainte Foy ski resort , and between 15 - 20 minutes drive to Villaroger Les Arcs, Tignes, Val d'Isere and La Rosiere
