Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Montvalezan

Joli et vaste studio. Bien équipé, confortable et propre. La douche est grande et très agréable. Les draps de bonne qualité. Le restaurant Bibistrot à 5 minutes de là est une perle. L'accueil d'Angelina a été super, d'autant plus que nous nous sommes perdus en arrivant et qu'elle nous a aidé à localiser le chalet. Merci encore! La montée au chalet est un peu difficile. La route est étroite et très pentue, éviter d'y aller si vous avez une voiture trop basse.

Our family of five from spent an unforgettable three days and three nights in lovely Chamonix and in this wonderful accommodation — the farthest point of our road trip. The children chose this place from several options and made an excellent choice. They absolutely loved the yard and terrace and would never have gotten bored! We fully enjoyed the breathtaking scenery and the cozy atmosphere of the house. We all slept well and were extremely satisfied with everything. Thank you to our hosts for the warm and friendly welcome! The cold beer from the local brewery that we received as a welcome gift after a long day of travel was absolutely perfect! Thank you also for the chocolates — receiving them in a beautiful box will surely leave a lasting memory for our youngest one. “Thank you for letting us stay in such a lovely place. Petit chalet extrêmement bien équipé avec vue exceptionnelle. Gros plus pour le petit lit sur la terrasse pour contempler le mont blanc. Les enfants dé - de 3 ans ne sont pas acceptés au Spa et il faut vraiment réserver. Mais ça en vaut vraiment le coup ! Départ de nombreuses randonnées pas loin et à 10 minutes de cham’ centre.

Wir haben uns rundum wohl bei Christelle gefühlt! Die Unterkunft war super, der Blick traumhaft und die Ruhe zum genießen. Auch wir durften uns über leckeren Kuchen freuen und haben die Zeit in Megeve genossen. Küche war super ausgestattet, einzig die Matratze war für uns etwas zu hart (aber das ist Geschmackssache). Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

The most amazing spot! We had the most perfect stay with our 2 year old son. The house was exactly as described and spotless with the bonus of parking. The host was so helpful and very gracious, despite our timekeeping. The terrace was superb with stunning sunset views. We loved driving along to Talloires which had great restaurants, along with an amazing boulangerie (Le Fournil de mon Père). The beaches in Talloires and Angon were great. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Rien de plus facile que de laisser un commentaire. L'appartement est exactement comme sur les photos. Pauline et Ronny sont très proactifs et se sont assurés que nous avions toutes les informations pour rentrer dans l'appartement avant notre arrivée. Que dire du logement, mis à part qu'il donne envie d'y revenir rapidement ! Il y a tout ce qu'il faut : le lit est confortable, le balcon est pratique pour se poser, et que dire de la vue ? On ne se lasse pas du Mont-Blanc. Un grand merci à Pauline et Ronny.

Dit was alweer mijn derde verblijf hier, wat voor zich spreekt. Het appartement is zeer schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien, of je nu in de zomer of winter komt. Nathalie is een geweldige gastvrouw die altijd klaarstaat om te helpen bij vragen of behoeften. Wij komen zeker nog eens terug!

Superb apartment, spectacular views, very wonderful host. All the amenities listed plus much more- very well equipped kitchen. Felt right at home and the lovely deck view, and location in the town of Chamonix was perfect for my family of three.

Très bel appartement, décoré avec goût. Dans un environnement calme, avec une vue incroyable sur le Mont-Blanc. Appartement très accueillant où rien ne manque, une cuisine bien équipée. Le centre de Chamonix est accessible à pieds et des départs de randonnées à proximité. Anne est très réactive, et toujours l’écoute. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Nous connaissions bien cette belle résidence à quelques pas du centre de Ste Foy. Séjour en famille très agréable dans cet appartement haut perché, confortable et à la vue magnifique. Hôte réactif et empathique. Thank you ! Hope to come back soon.

Très bon séjour d’1 semaine aux « Pieds dans l’EAU »• À quelques minutes à pied du lac et du centre du village de Talloires (très bon pain frais le matin!), logement récent très propre, spacieux et très lumineux, tout confort, très bien équipé et très joliment décoré, avec une place de parking privé très appréciable. Des horaires d’arrivée et de départ très flexibles en toute autonomie. Sincères remerciements à nos hôtes, en particulier Florian avec qui nous avons été le plus en contact. Très sympathique, bienveillant, très attentif et attentionné, toujours disponible et très réactif à nos demandes. En bref, beaucoup de « très » dans notre commentaire mais très mérités … On ne peut que recommander sans hésitation. Seul regret Florian, ne pas vous avoir rencontré en personne ! we were blown away by this place - the view is absolutely amazing. the house was spotless and very well equipped. the nearest village was an 8 minute drive, and there is a market on on Saturday mornings. annecy was around 30 mins drive into the centre. the host was very good at communicating and also gave us our space which we appreciated- also very accomadating as we were travelling with a baby they kindly let us check in a little earlier. the only thing I would give as feedback to the host, there is no shade in the garden, and as we were blessed with gorgeous sunshine throughout our stay, we enjoyed eating our dinner and letting our baby play outside - maybe an umbrella or parasol over the decking would be an added touch. overall wonderful stay and would 100% recommend.

Consiglio tantissimo la casa di Yuri. Ambiente arredato in stile tipico, caldo e accogliente, pulito e con tutti comfort. Perfetto soprattutto per chi viaggia in coppia. Inoltre Yuri e la sua compagna sono stati molto carini ospitali.

I’ve been on the road now for around 3 months. Travelling through Nepal, Japan, and Western Europe. This has been one of my favourite Air BnB’s that I’ve stayed at on the trip and reminded of why they can be better than a traditional hotel. It’s a thoughtful space that quickly feels like home and the hosts are very friendly and welcoming. If you’re missing home on the road I highly recommend this AirBnB so you can thoroughly recharge and enjoy the stunning landscapes and restaurants of Chamonix!
