Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Montreuil

It was a pleasure to stay at Josefa's beautiful home- the perfect retreat to come home to after a long day exploring the sights of Paris! We loved staying in Montreuil - being from London it was comforting to us that we stayed in a multiculturally diverse neighbourhood. We felt safe throughout our time here. The house is well insulated from noise and the air conditioning kept us constantly comfortable whenever we needed it. Our family had a wonderful time here- and we created lasting memories and bonds. Nice spacious pool house with modern feel.The crocodile (statue) in the floor is a cool feature and the area is super nicely located at the river Marne with lots of walking and cycling space. Playground and little cafe in the park within a few hundred metres. Very convenient for travel into Paris by RER. Bakeries and supermarkets all in walking distance. You stay on owners property which is just stunning and has parking too. Friendly hosts that are very responsive.

Our stay was lovely from beginning to end. The studio had everything you might need, and the beds are very comfortable. Everything was very clean, bright and kept extremely nice. There is a tiny, well kept garden outside the bedroom window and a table with chairs to sit in front of the studio. Stephane could not have been more friendly or helpful and even offered the use of his own kitchen when there was a slight hiccup with the hob. The area is a lot nicer than it seems on google street view, very sweet and private, and extremely quiet and safe. The area around the Croix de Chaveaux, the nearest metro station, is slightly rough, but it did not feel dangerous, and we used the M1 and got out at Chateau de Vincennes, which also offered a beautiful walk back to the studio. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitly book again!

We had a lovely stay! Metro etc is close by! The Airbnb is lovely and has everything you need. The host Matthieu is very welcoming and dropped us off pastries that were lovely! Highly recommend if staying in Paris! Thank you Matthieu!

Amazing space. My husband and I shared it whilst we were in Paris for a few day sight seeing and to see Beyonce. The property is 1-2-1 like the images, no hidden surprises. Cute, compact and clever. Nicely designed. Max 10 mins walk away from several key metro stations. Was in central (for example Notre dame) door to door within 20 mins. Supermarkets close by. Safe and clean area and neighbourhood. Mike is wonderful, flexibel and communicative. Would 100% stay again.

We had a pleasant family stay,well hosted by Clément ,a place that matched the description pleasant,clean ,safe and quiet.Clement responded quickly to our various requests , real plus it's the parking space the proximity to the shops of the metro. Pascale's check-in instructions were very clear. The location of the accommodation is very conveniently close to the RER A: ideal for getting to Paris quickly, and the accommodation was very quiet, at the back of a large garden, surrounded by greenery.

Fabien's place was the perfect fit for a 3-day weekend stay. It's a short walk from the terminal station of metro line 9 and the terrasse provides a lovely outdoor space.

Beautiful, bright studio; well suited for 1-2 people. Well located, just outside in a lively neighborhood with direct metro access (2 minutes to the stop) to Paris center and bars/restaurants on site. Well-secured grounds, so you feel safe both in the apartment and have a safe parking space for the car. Apartment furnished with everything you need. The only drawback: the house is very noisy and in the apartment next door there was hammering and drilling until the night.

Great location for travelers who prefer privacy and some space, but easy transfers to city center. Metro few minutes, clean and spacious, great terrace, and the sweetest other residents/neighbors 😍

Berenice was absolutely fantastic. From the welcome to the communication, to the apartment itself, everything was perfect. She was always available and helpful when I needed something. The location of the apartment is also very good: a little outside the city center, but very well connected by metro. In less than a five-minute walk, you can find everything you need: supermarket, restaurants, bars, etc. I highly recommend this listing to everyone!

The location is very convenient — the metro is right under the building. All the necessary shops, cafes, and restaurants are nearby. The Eiffel Tower is about a 20–25 minute walk away. The kitchen, bathroom, and rooms were clean, with all the necessary amenities and even more. Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and there’s a fan in case it gets hot — and it was hot! The host was incredibly responsive — we communicated in broken English, but still managed to understand each other and sort everything out. Check-in was easy, everything works with access codes, super simple. The place matches the description and is definitely worth the price!

Well, this is the first time i am writing and giving review to any place because this person deserves it. Wow what a man, human being, helped alot during my trip even super responsive, guided me even how to save money and not to over spend. This place felt like i am at home, super comfortable and coffee ofcourse wow. I will soon come again. Sir you're the best♥️ we will sing songs again together hehe cheers

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. Thank you Iris & Stephane!

Nice flat, was clean and quiet at night. The sofa bed was comfortable. Lovely area with lots of restaurants and bars nearby while not being too busy. Very near the metro so easy to travel to other parts of Paris.

With my husband, we rented the accommodation offered by Serge for our daughter Sarah's wedding. The quality of Serge's apartment brought us a lot of serenity for the final preparations of this wedding. We regularly rent accommodation when traveling in France, and it is rare to find an apartment that brings together so many qualities, (hospitality, amenities, location, etc.) A must-see during your Parisian stays, also due to the proximity to the metro line 9, which takes you directly to the Champs-Elysées!

You couldn't find better accommodation. The city is safe and friendly, the surroundings are rich in all kinds of cafes and restaurants, various small shops of all kinds. Metro station is minutes away. Line 1 goes directly to the center, and you can also easily get to the airport. The apartment is small but very lovingly furnished, you have everything you need. You can have the window open all night without hesitation - the courtyard belongs to the house. Clean, quiet and simply beautiful. Brigitte is a very charming and attentive host. Recommended! I would be happy to come back!
