Feel at Home in This Charming, Central Appartamento

Sip espresso in the cozy kitchen of this renovated apartment, with balcony, set in an early 20th-century building. Original floor tiles add old-world charm to the contemporary decor personalized by yellow accents and vintage photos of city sites. Brand new, bright second floor flat. As you enter you are welcomed by a spacious and well lighten corridor with doors to the main bedroom, the spacious kitchen and the living room. This flat fit comfortably 4 people: the main bedroom has a king size bed that can be used as 2 single beds while the living room has a 4 seater sofa bed with an exceptionally comfortable mattress. The kitchen has a small balcony. There is plenty of storage and cleanliness is at the top of our priorities !!! The entire flat We are helping our guests from the moment they enquire about how to get to our flat from airport or train stations, to the welcoming day, throughout their stay with tips for local restaurants or hidden gems of the city, until their checkout to make sure they can find the quickest way to their next destination. We speak fluently both English and French and having often travelled abroad ourselves, we know what it means to be a tourist and how good it feels to be welcomed and guided into a new city by the locals. We are very happy to meet people from all different countries and nationalities. Located in trendy Prati, the apartment is close to buses and metro stations for easy accessibility to city landmarks. The neighborhood is known for its array of shops, cafes, and restaurants. The Spanish Steps are a 15-minute walk. The closest underground station is Lepanto and it is only 5 minutes away from the flat. This takes you to where ever you need in Rome but buses are also very convenient and the closest bus stop in Via Ferrari ( 2 minutes away from our flat) gets you to the city centre in less then 15 minutes. For example: Spanish steps are 15 minutes away by bus. Colosseum is 25 minutes away by underground. Piazza Navona is 12 minutes away by bus. The Vatican museums are 20 minutes away on foot passing by Via dei Gracchi where you find the most delicious ice cream in Rome as voted by the Romans: Gelateria dei Gracchi.

Ti innamorerai di una area esterna con la fontana antica. L'appartamento è completamente automatizzato, al momento della prenotazione riceverai una email per fare check in online, al termine un link personalizzato che consente di aprire le porte ingresso palazzo e abitazione. Il lusso per brevi soggiorni, sistemazioni nel cuore di Roma. Benvenuti nella vostra casa di lusso a 2 minuti a piedi dai fori imperiali. Salone: Lussuoso e confortevole soggiorno con con opzione divano letto. Camino riscaldamento elettrico stile francese . Un ambiente molto romantico circondato da candele a muro, tavolo, sparse. Il salone ha un angolo soggiorno per colazione, pranzo, cena, molto accogliente ed elegante. Camera da Letto: Lussuosa e confortevole camera da letto matrimoniale molto romantica per le coppie in luna di miele, anniversari, occasioni speciali weekend romantici. Il bagno: Bagno elegante con un pezzo di storia di Roma antica avente un arco colonna originale medioevale. Questo bagno è un'esperienza unica e rilassante dopo una giornata stressante. massima disponibilità anche per aiuti di itinerari turistici, consigli dove andare dal punto di vista di chi ci è nato e sempre vissuto. Assistenza e disponibilità come se ospitassi il mio migliore amico di sempre. Il quartiere Monti è il più vivo e frizzante del centro storico, ricco di deliziosi locali e vita vera. È un piccolo angolo di paradiso ideale per ritemprarsi dopo avere visitato i Fori Imperiali, che sono a pochi passi, e altre bellezze della città. L'alloggio ha a pochi passi la metro B, taxi, garage, bus, shopping, intrattenimento, ristoranti, locali. Si è a 2 minuti a piedi dai Fori Imperiali ed a 6 minuti a piedi dal Colosseo. Perfetta location per assaporare il cuore di Roma Confort, location, dal 1° Giugno fino al 31 settembre a pochi passi dalla mia casa vacanze andrà in scena uno show in anteprima mondiale chiamato "Divo Nerone" (URL HIDDEN) .

Adriana Home is a very nice loft located close to the colosseum ,you will enjoy the beautiful balcony whit a small table where you can have a nice breakfast :))) . Very nice and quite apartment located in a very coazy street in the heart of Rome, in rione Monti district, the most trendy in Rome, whit a lot of nice restaurant and beautiful characteristic shops Very close to metro station and central realway station. The bulding is from 1600. The apartment is completaly renovated, located in the first floor H's a suite whit a double bed separate by a bookcase , a double sofa bed french size,kitchen fully equipped, buthroom fully equipped , a large dinner table ,tv. A/C, internet wireless and a very beautiful balcony overlooking a characteristic roman countryard whit a table where you can enjoy your breakfast. From the apartment you can walk to all the monuments and attractions of Rome : just few steps and you will be in roman forum and colossium , you can allso walk to spanish steps , piazza del popolo , fontana di Trevi, Santa Maria maggiore. A late check-in between 22:00 (10:00 PM) and 08:00 (8:00 AM) is subject to 30 EUR surcharge.
