The stay with Carlo was perfect. The cozy room, and the extremely impeccable cleanliness. The wonderful region, with good food around if you don't want to go to the center of Rome, but if you want public transport, it's 5 minutes from the accommodation. A wonder.

I found the accommodation very comfortable, perfect for my needs. It is a short walk from the gym I attend, so it is super practical. The area is very residential, quiet, and well-connected: it is easy to get around both on foot and by public transport. The hosts were really kind and helpful. Although my plane was delayed, they waited for me to check in without any problems, with great courtesy. In addition to the coffee machine, I also found other useful things in the fridge: a really nice and much appreciated gesture. Communication has always been clear, fast and effective. I highly recommend this place!

Paolo is an excellent host and a gentleman. My parents and I had a great time staying there. He is an extremely kind and generous and stocked the fridge full of food for us so we couldn’t have to walk in the heat.

I don’t speak Italian & had no idea of the area I was visiting or what it would be like. Laura was really helpful & it all went smoothly. Everything is clean & well kept and her place is beautiful & rooms clean & breakfast was good. It was also a nice room just to sit in and read. Laura is musically talented & was performing in a small church in a Baroque performance one night I was there and that was very special to attend. Now I understand Rome a little more & I would certainly stay with Laura every visit. She does not intrude but was a great host.

Great location - 10min walk to Vatican. Great apartment, very clean and very beautiful. Great host, friendly and explained everything well.

As a woman traveling alone, I felt totally comfortable at Rossana's. I was mostly in contact with his son who was a welcoming and helpful host. They were able to be flexible when I arrived late due to a transportation issue. Breakfast is very hearty and carefully prepared, a treat! The location is more than ideal, close to the Vatican and a shuttle to the airport. The accommodation was as described, very clean and the air conditioning is beneficial at this time.

Accommodation located in the Trastevere area, very easy to get to and in a place really full of bars and nightlife and daytime. Diomira and her husband are nice, very kind and very helpful, we talked about our common passion: travel. highly recommended!!!!

AMAZING HOST!!!

Very convenient location as we were a block away from Rome Termini and took the train many times during our stay. Many restaurants nearby. The biggest perk is the breakfast - a pastry, yogurt and coffee were provided every morning from 8-10 and were delicious!

We enjoyed our stay here very much. Exactly as advertised. Our co-host, Fernanda, was very friendly and helpful. Although the place is not that close to Rome's main attractions (for example, about 20-25 minutes walk from the Colosseum), the San Giovanni Metro Station is only 5 minutes' walk away, which makes the entire city very accessible via public transport. The place is located in a quiet neighbourhood, which we found relaxing after a long day exploring Rome. If you are looking for accommodation in a pleasant neighbourhood that is well connected to the city centre, this is the place for you.

The highlight of this accommodation is the location, in a beautiful, safe and excellent area for getting around Rome. The property is easy to find, self check-in and therefore flexible. The room is clean and equipped with everything you need, and Francesca is very kind and helpful. I would gladly return for my next stay in Rome, highly recommended!

Sergio is a wonderful host! From the moment we arrived, we felt very welcome. It was very easy to find the apartment, because when we got off the bus, he was already waiting for us from his balcony. Every morning, he woke up early to prepare breakfast for us, with coffee and latte made by him, something we really appreciated. The place was very clean, and the room was even more beautiful than in the photos. Even though we don’t speak Italian, we understood each other very well. Thank you, Sergio, for your hospitality! Andrea surpassed our expectations by being generous of his time and his knowledge of Rome. He was so helpful and kind to us. We are two sisters who had the most beautiful adventures and we felt safe and guided through our stay. Being at a walking distance from the metro made it so much easier to get around. What can I say? In this case, 5 stars is almost too little. Very kind, responsive and attentive to details. We chose the property because in the evening we had to attend a concert at the music park and for this purpose the property is perfect. A clean, cozy environment with everything you need for the night. highly recommended

Caterina is helpful, kind and welcoming. The room is clean and new and the bed is very comfortable. In the room there is everything you need for breakfast, while in the common area there is a coffee maker and a kettle for tea. The only negative note is that the curtain of the French window is not very darkening so as the sun rises the room lights up, but this is not a problem for those who can sleep even with the light on. In general it is a great solution for staying in Rome and I would go back.

Really perfect location, almost opposite the metro entrance. Antonella really cares about being discreet, (I agree with the other comments, we didn't feel like we were sharing the apartment with huge volumes at all) and that you have a great stay. Vouchers for breakfast at the cafe downstairs from the building that hosts good live musicians in the evening (no noise problem, rest assured, extremely quiet atmosphere in the room), practicality of travel with e.g. the Colosseum a 15-minute walk away, and connection with Termini station and Vittorio Emanuele metro. Thank you for the little Vespa keychains, our daughter loved them. 🥰

We felt very comfortable, our host Marysol was so kind, communicative and generous. The place is nice and clean, it is close to the C metro line, by walking 15 minutes you can also reach an A line. I recommend it. Thank you:)

A beautiful villa with a magical garden – we truly felt at home. The room was clean, cozy, and very comfortable. Every morning we enjoyed a lovely breakfast that was more than enough for us. The hosts were absolutely wonderful – kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. At the end of our stay, after being refused by taxi services five times, they didn’t hesitate to personally drive us to the station. We’re incredibly grateful for that! The only thing we were a bit sad about was that the pool was under maintenance, so we couldn't use it – but even so, we enjoyed our stay to the fullest. Thank you for the beautiful memories!
