Condo vacation rentals in Monti, Rome

Andrea just redefined what a 5 star host should be for me. The communication was A1 for start to finish. With helpful indication on how to get there from the airport, personalized guide of local point of interest and all messaged were answered quickly. The location was amazing as well.

Nice place and great location. Very comfortable and cozy. Walkable to restaurants and other places of interest. A little bit of a hike to the Vatican but near to the Colosseum. It was located on a cute street with shops and restaurants. We did not hear any noise at night from the restaurants below so that was a plus.

Great place, awesome location. You have everything just around the corner, restaurants, train station, ferry. Lots of options to do at a walkable distance.

Giuliano and Federica were so flexible, understanding and responsible for us during our initial check in. My wife and I had the unfortunate Roman experience of having our rental car broken into when we parked for lunch, we had to delay our check-in due to having to deal with the rental company and filing a police report. Federica and Giuliano were able to stay for an additional 4 hours for us to welcome us into their wonderful B&B. The location is phenomenal being directly on top of Campo di Fiore, my wife and I were able to walk to everything between the Vatican to the Colosseo, and having access to the most amazing dining experiences Rome had to offer. I would love to come back and stay here next time we're back. Grazie Millie.

I can't say enough good things about Daniela's place. It's extremely unique and has everything we needed during our stay. The location is a stones throw away from the colosseum and all the historical sites are within a 1 hour walk. If you want to travel back in time and make your experience in Rome more magical then I would highly recommend staying here.

The apartment was great. We really appreciated the balcony in particular. Good location in easy walking distance to the city center.

The flat was even nicer than the pictures, and for how close it is to the colosseum it’s super comfortable.

Place is amazing, lots of natural light, cozy bed, quiet (hardly noticed there were other people in that building, close to great restaurants and train station. Host was attentive and responded fast, we were able to drop our luggage since we were a bit early before check in (thank you that really was a nice gesture) dragging luggage around isn’t ideal after an 11 hour flight. If you are looking for a great spot near the Vatican then look no further.

My stay at Marco’s flat was nothing less than spectacular. The location is so convenient. A mere 6 minute walk from Termini Station from which you can find train, metro, and bus options to get anywhere else in and around Rome. While it is very close to the busy Termini area, the flat itself is a peaceful, serene oasis. The flat has authentic charm and really feels like a home away from home. The terrace is huge and provides great views of the surrounding areas. The kitchen was well equipped and had many options for making espresso/coffee and Marco provides some basic sweet breads for breakfast. Marco is an artist and the flat has several of his paintings. There is a lot of great art in the place. It seemed that every time I looked around I would find something new to admire. I highly recommend Marco’s place when you are visiting Rome.

Great apartment, literally a few steps from the colosseum. Clean and neat . Seb is an awesome host , very helpful and responsive. Me and my family enjoyed our stay at the apartment!!

Loved staying at Laura’s! The apartment had the most beautiful view of colosseum and further out you can sport the Peter’s church! we had everything we needed. And Laura was very responsive, which was amazing for any questions we had. From the location it was easy to go everywhere or take public transportation. I would definitely stay again!

Flat was great, right on the border of Monti- pretty close to train and bus stations, cute cafes nearby. Flexible check in, Dany and Lore are very responsive and friendly, and provided helpful insights :)

Claudia’s apartment is right in the heart of the action on a bustling street. Still easy to sleep like a baby (new windows, good sound protection). The unit is comfortable, clean, beautiful. Not huge in size, but great for a few nights. Bed was very comfy. Nice pillows 🫶

Very good stay with friends, we had a shower head problem, quickly resolved by the host. Very good location, 10 minutes' walk to the Colosseum. Small supermarket 5 minutes' walk, very convenient and an ice cream shop just opposite, very pleasant after days of sightseeing.

This is a sunny, comfortable 2BR flat; compact yet the many separating doors allowed for quiet and privacy. Not new but not tired or tawdry, this bright, expansive, flat--including the cozy balcony flows well and is especially quiet and relaxing after a busy sightseeing day. There are food markets and some intriguing dining options at hand as well as a wonderful family restaurant just a 10 min walk --5 min from the metro station. Being near the B metro, just 10 stops (15 min) from the all-connecting Termini station was convenient and provided for more comfortable living quarters at a more reasonable price. Also, from appx June 1 to Sept 15, the outdoor swimming pool is accessible to enjoy--another plus of being out of the center-city. Aldridge was very attentive without being intrusive, and quick to respond--often in person--whenever there was a glitch or the need arose. We would definitely recommend staying here and would happily return.

Has a fantastic time a Guiseppe’s place! He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect! The accommodation was very comfortable and clean! It was perfect for our family! The location was great for accessing all of the main attractions in Rome and Guiseppe was so helpful in guiding us in the right direction to ensure we had a smooth visit! Everything was great! And we had read other reviews so know what the challenges may be and were prepared for a little noise from the neighbours. But that was no real issue. Just overall a fantastic stay!

I highly recommend staying here!! Walkable to so many landmarks, restaurants and markets. Spacious apartment with a pool that was super private which helped with the afternoon heat! Mark sends loads of wonderful local recommendations and always responded promptly to any messages I sent. Would definitely stay here again!
