Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Monti, Rome

I almost don’t want to rave too much about this place because I want it to be available when I book it again. It’s that amazing! Iacopo is probably the best and nicest host I’ve ever met. He’s a sincere and generous hearted person who also believes in A+ hospitality. This place is in the southern part of Trastevere but the transport system (SO easy to use) gets u into town so quickly. Rome is over-touristed these days but a place like this lets you get away from the hordes. Can’t wait to come back!

Domenico was helpful in every way. He took time to explain everything. He sent us a list of restaurants and places to go as well as recommended things when we checked in. The place was very clean. Such a nice sweet guy.

Claudia gave very clear instructions for self check-in and the apartment was spacious and clean with A/C!

We had a lovely stay! It was really clean, well furnished and easy to access. Check in with Simona was really easy and she was lovely. The apt was located in a nice part of town and easy to get everywhere by walking. The apt stayed very cool and only needed the aircon a few times even though it was very hot out. We loved sitting on the orange sofa in the morning, look out the windows with a morning coffee. We had a very nice stay. Thank you Rosa!!!

Great apartment and even better host. The apartment is in a central location but the craziness outside melts away as soon as you close the door. Comfortable temperature in the apartment was a godsend given the late-spring / early summer Roman heat. Communication was protective; Filippo was highly proactive and responsive. Thanks again!

Wow, we had a WONDERFUL time, the apartment is beautiful and spacious (for Rome). Perfect location for easy access to shopping, taxi stands, local sites. Stefano was a perfect host. He accommodated our early check in request, was proactive, and checked in on us during our stay to see if we needed anything. He also arranged an airport pick up and drop off for us. I've stayed at many AirBnBs but this one was one of the best. I highly recommend it. Thank you Stefano!

Gregory’s apartment was such a great place for our family of 4. The apartment was just as described and very clean. It was extremely private and very secluded, it was easy to sleep in though with the room darkening shutters! We didn’t mind! The apartment had everything we needed including in unit laundry. The kitchen was very functional. We loved the terrace! Gregor was very responsive and accommodating. He even let us stay and extra hour so that we didn’t have to wait at the train station on our way out. A moments walk from attractions, cafes, grocery stores, pharmacies. A wonderful hidden gem in the heart of Rome. I hope we can return someday. Thank you, Gregor!!

Great place to stay with two couples - easy access to all the tourist spots but equally great location to see how the Rome population live. Luxury feel to the accommodation. Highly recommend . Nino is a super host and keen for our stay to be great ! …. And it was !

Daniela was a brillant host who was very friendly and first to respond to queries! She greeted me at check in which was very kind and gave me advice! Location of apartment is excellent taking only about 20 minutes to get to center! Metro only about 10 minutes walk - would definitely recommend!

Elvin d'Avantage, he took wonderful care of us, he made it much easier for us on many things, and was always available if needed. It felt like home as soon as we arrived. The accommodation is charming, clean and perfectly as described. A really nice meeting and a property we'll treasure! We'll definitely be back and this time with our daughter! We recommend it without hesitation!

Very cozy and well designed place. We enjoyed a lot our stay there, nice views of everyday roman life, good warm coffee, and an ukulele :); restaurants, parks and stores outside. Sara was very kind and responsive.

Stylish and cozy home. ACs in every room. Skylights also makes this place perfect. Perfect neighbourhood to walk around and take in the beauty that Rome has to offer. Many restaurants to choose from. Flaviana was amazing to communicate for our arrival and make suggestions on her personal favorite list of cafés, groceries and restaurants.

We loved our stay at Simone’s. Great space, easy bus access. Lovely garden for aperitivo. One button wash/dry machine for clothes was nice. Great A/C and wifi. Fresh fruit! Can’t wait to go back.

Great location! Close to the colosseum and metro for going to Vatican museums. Looks like the pictures and we appreciated the biscuits/tea. This home has a lot of character and a quirky vibe which we liked! Also the cat outside was super cute! 😊

Armanda is an amazing host. Her house is just gorgeous. The location is central and close to everything. Armanda is a wonderful person. And her house is super clean and so organized. She was always responsive. She was there to welcome us and she came before we left to wish us a safe trip. I honestly have no words to describe how great Armanda is as a person and how wonderful her house is. We can't wait to come back again.

Beautiful stay in Rome. Location is perfect, and tucked away from the busier tourist parts of Rome in summer. We stayed comfortably with two adults and two kids. Great stay!

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment is in a perfect location – many sights, lovely cafés, and great restaurants are all within walking distance. The place itself is spotless, beautifully furnished, and very well equipped – we didn’t miss a thing. A special thanks to Sandro, who was extremely kind, helpful, and always available if we had any questions. Highly recommended – we’d love to come back!

We loved staying at Francesca's place -- she was extremely communicative and let us drop our bags early before we were able to check-in. The location could not be better, there were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby & not to mention that the view from the street is the Colosseum. Thank you Francesca for the lovely stay!

Livia’s place is the ideal spot when you want a beautiful apartment that’s not smack in the middle of the super busy / touristy areas. The apartment had everything we needed and everything looks so beautiful. We were an easy bus/metro/tram ride away from every place we wanted to visit. The area is perfect for cafes, restaurants etc. Would definitely book again, highly recommended :)

Fabulous stay in this beautiful apartment. Nice & close to the sites we wanted to see but far enough away that we didn’t feel it was overcrowded. Amazing bakery a few doors up ‘Molino’ & the best gelato across the road at ‘Terra’. Salvatore’s place is beautiful, clean and quiet. It was perfect for my friend and I. It’s in a great location, so close to the train station. And the bed was so comfortable!! I would definitely recommend to stay here and if I visit Rome again, I would definitely book this airbnb. Thank you Salvatore for all of your help!
